Road Work

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin- charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

P.C.C M-15 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect in foundation base.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in Footing.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base (GR-II) materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty,loading & unloading of materials, cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M40 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound as directed by EIC. complete in all respect.

Supplying ,Cutting, Bending, Binding, Straightening, Placing HYSD bars confirming to grade I.S.1786-1985 (Fe-500) in CD works, retaining/toe wall and other structures as per drawing and technical specification and as per Section.900, 1000, 1600, 2100, 2200 & 2300 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire, overlap, chairs will not be considered for measurement)

Providing Weep Holes in plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, toe wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe as per drawing and technical specifications and asper Clause-2706 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bride works (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in slushy soil (in water upto 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) within 50m.Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chrge.

Supplying and laying of M40 grade heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre cast pavers of 80mm thick, coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling, laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chrge.
