House Keeping (with Tools, equipments consumes etc) Event contractor shall have to consider all the service staff from mobilisation to demobilisation from site consumable equipment tool etc. suitable person from serving water providing sweeper for general cleaning of the entire venue, garbage disposal, cleaning of food stall area and toilet cleaning with two teams operating in each block in uniform. House Keeping manpower deployment list should be provided to officials before the event for two days

Insecticides (during entire venue) Providing and spraying (fogging /g insecticides to all area for making venue non-allergic, odourless, non-toxic voc free, no carcinogenic and earth friendly clear on regular basis for everyday event.
