Dismantling of existing light/fan/bell/ socket out let point on same or separate board/ wiring and circuit with insulated wire in casing/ conduit/ batten fitting and accessories complete job. The material should be returned to concerned works supervisor against proper receipt.

Wiring for light points/Ceiling Fans/wall fans/exhaust fans with 2 x 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor single core 1100/660 volts voltage grade ISI marked in surface rigid 25 mm2 PVC conduit 2 mm thick with 10/6 amp single pole switch with plate / boxes of suitable size and earthing with 1.5 Sq mm FR insulated multistrand copper conductor of any colour laid inside same conduit etc as required including all connected charges for the complete job excluding cost of wire.

Wiring for 16 Amp storage water heater (Geyser) socket & Motor Point outlets (1 outlet wired on one circuit) with 3 x4 sq mm (P+N+E) FR PVC insulated 660/110 voltage grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires in ISI embossed 25 mm dia PVC recessed of any colour laid inside same conduit etc as required including all connected charges for the complete job excluding cost of wire.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 x4 sq mm (P+N+E) FR,DLI,SBWR PVC insulated 660/110 V voltage grade flexible Multi stranded copper conductor wires in ISI embossed 25 mm dia PVC recessed of any colour of approved quality of Havel's or Polycarp make or equivalent for sub-main heating points.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 x1.5 sq mm (P+N+E) FR,DLI,SBWR PVC insulated 660/110 V voltage grade flexible Multi stranded copper conductor wires in ISI embossed 25 mm dia PVC recessed of any colour of approved quality of Havel's or Polycarp make or equivalent for sub-main lighting points.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of Ceiling fans/Wall Fans of standard make(Crompton Greeves ,Havells, Usha or Equivalent make) (300 mm sweep, air delivery = 100cubic m./ min. speed= 1800-2100 rpm, power consumption = 65-100 W, 3-blade, colour = white/ grey) including all connected charges for the complete job.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 350 Watt Fan Dimmers of standard make (Crompton Greeves, Havells, Usha or Equivalent make) .

Supplying, fixing & testing of exhaust fan with shutters of standard make(Crompton Greeves, Havells, Usha or Equivalent make) (200 mm sweep, speed= 1800-2100 rpm, power consumption = 65-100 W, 3- blade, colour = white/ grey) including all connected charges for the complete job.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm, 2 mm thick PVC ISI certified Channel conduits in following sizes required at site including cost of junction boxes, bends, elbows, sockets, tees etc laying in slab/ floor cutting chassis and making good or surface mounted including all fixing charges for the complete job.

Supply, fixing of Bakelite plate Sheets WHITE /WOODY COLOUR complete with cutting, fixing of switches/sockets and fitted on wooden boxes which are recessed in wall including resurfacing of walls with cement plaster complete job.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 Amp Switches of Hevell's,Anchor,SSK Fantasy or equivalent make.

Supplying, fixing ,installation, testing and commissioning of 63 amp, 10 KA rating double pole C class 240 volts of LEGRAND,HAVELLS or equivalent make including all connected charges for the complete job.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 8 WAY SINGLE DOOR Distribution Board/ MCB box, flush/ surface mounted, flat version with following specifications including fixing of incoming 63 A DP MCB for incoming service line of LEGRAND, HAVELLS or equivalent make including all connected charges (the board is to be duly recessed in walls with res-surfacing of walls with cement plaster) for the complete job.

Supplying, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 x10 sq. mm (P+N+E) FR,DLI,SBWR PVC insulated 660/110 V voltage grade flexible Multi stranded copper conductor wires in ISI embossed 25 mm dia PVC recessed of any colour of approved quality of Havel's or Polycap make or equivalent for service wire emanating from flats .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 WAY SINGLE DOOR Distribution Board Panel with copper bus bars and MCB's or DPs flush surface mounted, flat version for fixing of outgoing 63 A DP MCB for incoming service lines of LEGRAND,HAVELLS or equivalent make including all connected charges(the board is to be duly recessed in walls with res-surfacing of walls with cement plaster) for the complete job.

Supply, Laying (including excavation, burying and dressing),fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of 75mm2 3.5 core PVC Sheathed XLPE Steel armoured POWER CABLE HAVELLS,POLYCAB OR equivalent make as main cable from L.T Pole to main panel(terminated by copper thimbles of size on both sides).

Supply, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance Free EARTHING SYSTEM using Copper Bonded Earthing Steel Rods of ERICO or equivalent make (5 Nos.) 5ft long,8" dia with 2 bags (11.5 kgs each ) of Ground Enhancement Material(GEM) of ERICO or equivalent with each earthing rod to reduce the soil resistivity confirming to IS standards. The copper rod should be laid vertically in a bore of required dia/depth (4'), the electrodes to be kept at a distance of 100 mm apart from each other in the excavated bore well including cost of excavation making of surface structure in brick/cement concrete material. The copper rods should be connected to main panel using earth wire of swg 8.0 or copper strip 3/4" thick.
