M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in bays with and including all necessary form work & finishing surface even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, laid in bays with and including all necessary form work & finishing surface even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonery or precast PCC block masonery built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or precast PCC block walling etc raking out joints hacking for key scrabbing down water etc including taking out/removal of the all the tree routes from the brick surface/concrete surface complete all as directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included the above.

Dismantling floor, hearth , wall tiling including taking down plastering in cement mortor removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in level course in floors with finshining in cement concrete surface even and rough to receive screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over with and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 11 here-in-before but in skirting/dado or verticle surfaces with and including back coat of screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surfaces of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including back coat of screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC Flushing Cistern 10 litre capacity, Low Level Valve Less, Symphonic Action type, White, with Inlet, Ball Valve, Float and Handle including 32mm dia PVC Flush Pipe, a Pair of MS Brackets,CP flush bend including Cutting and Pinning in Ends, making good disturbed surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:3 including taking down unserviceable flushing cistern and connected Items of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Stainless Steel Decorative tubular curtain rail of 25mm dia incl six nos curtain ring per running mtr and one number of brackets on each end and one no of globe on each end of the rod per opening of door / window (make and materail as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down ceiling fans / wall mounted fans of any size / sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after painting the same with synthetic enamel paint by spray machine including filter after cleaning dust, taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleanig of stator and rotor incl etc. Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length and make the fan operational with a guarantee period of one year after installing the repair fan complete all as specified and directed.
