dia. Direction Tile: Elongated bars size shall not be less than 5mm in height,

the top, and 35mm at the bottom; with a base thickness of minimum 2mm.

The pattern on warning & direction Tactile should be an Anti-Skid Concentric

Design with square edges for tight joints and minimum gaps. The Tactile tiles

should be made from 100% virgin Polyurethane BIS/ISI marked material

having good contrast approved color as per CPWD norms, duly Tested by

Govt. of India Lab, with Self-adhesiveBUTYL Tape peel and stick type fixing

arrangement, suitable for Indoor and Outdoor use and having high friction

and to be used together as warning tiles with directional tiles for the visually

impaired/Divyangjan persons, on the pedestrian pathway as per

manufacturer design/specification with Approved brand “R&B International”

as per harmonized guidelines of CPWD and MOUD Govt. of India. The

tactile tiles firmly and press it evenly keeping them in alignment.

2 Design, supply & installation of Safety Signage made of Zinc sulphide based 20950.00 Sqcm 2.50

glow in the dark rigid sheet with high luminous property enclosed in a

transparent weather proof U/V stabilized plastic pasted on 3 mm thick clear

acrylic sheet such as EXIT, EMERGENCY EXIT, DO NOT USE LIFT IN

CASE OF FIRE, FLOOR MARKINGS, FIRE LIFT, STAIRCASE EXIT, FIRE

ALARM CALL POINT, FIRE HOSE REEL, FIRE HYDRANT POINT etc.

Sign face and should be raised 0.5 mm above the base plate. Each

signboard is to be fixed strictly as per the Harmonized Guidelines & Space

Standards for Barrier Free Built Environment for the person with

Disability/Divyanjan, issued by MOUD, Govt. of India, and as per approved

drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer - In- Charge.

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

for which no extra payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

4. In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017

Cement Consumption/16/C, Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per

actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the

rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
