Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cuddapah Stone Slabs of 20 to 25 mm thick as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing 12mm thick joints for full depth of PCC at every 3.00 m and every change of direction duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade of any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhaust Fan of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, cleaning, greasing etc and replacement of Spares such as Capacitor 4 Mfd, Bearings, Shaft Bushes, Condenser, Rubber Bushes, Nuts & Bolts etc. and also including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rewinding of Motor of Exhaust Fan of any description using super enamelled copper conductor of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, packing and testing etc., cleaning, greasing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Single Pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including necessary fasteners fixed for Lighting Protection with necessary connections to earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3 mm, fixed to walls / columns / beams etc with Saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spaced at 1.00m centre to centre including making grooves and fixing with brass screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.
