EARTHWORK AND AREA DRAINAGE Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & 1.5 m wide for foundation and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning & Filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm soft / loose soil

M&L removing of excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in set in cement mortar 1:4, exc.10 cm in width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Coping.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface , finished the surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

PATH AND HARDSTANDING Surface dressing n.exc 0.15 m deep and site clearance getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

M&L Hard core with stone aggregate of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm aggregate as in path complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl. watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concerete machine pressed and vibrated factory made heavy duty interlocking paver blocks any size or shape confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with using grey cement and pigment interstices filled with sand and bedded with including 25 mm thick sand plate vibrator etc all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core including PVC conduit of appropriate size concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fan / light / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch. Note:- 1. Cost of PVC conduit, steel terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) and, putty and plastic paint matching with existing surface etc; shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted above. All as per item No 2.15 above but with two run of 2.5 sqmm multi stranded Single core copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed cable with one run of FRLSH PVC 2.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated sheathed copper wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly on independent board.

FILTERATION PLANT Supply, install, commissioning and testing multi-grade pressure cum iron removal pressure filter having capacity 63 Cum per Hr conforming to IS Code 8419 (Part-I) 1977 and 8419 (Part-II) 1984 filteration plant supplied to be ISI marked. Filteration Plant consisting of one Horizontal cylindrical mild steel pressure vassel with dished ends, having size 2400 mm dia and 4500 mm length (minimum internal dimension), horizontal type with one set of 150 mm dia nominal bore frontal mild steel pipe work for inlet, outlet, back wash and rinse line, man holes, strainers, catalytic media, gravels, pebbles and 5 Nos. butterfly valves of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed with the following key specification: (i) The pressure vassel shall be made out of 8 mm thick MS sheet. (ii) Dished ends shall be machine made of MS sheet of 10mm thick (iii) The MS sheet shall be of heavy grade (iv) The filter plant shall have an inlet distribution in the form of deflector plate to ensure even distribution across the surface area of the filter bed and bottom collecting system in the arm of bed plate (10 mm thick with strainer) (v) The plant shall have air release arrangement with 2 Nos pressure gauge to monitor head loss across the filter and sampling cocks on inlet and outlet ends. The filter plant shall have full charge of filter media with under bed media as per the quality as specified in particular specification. (vi) The filter should have manhole, hand hole and supporting lets complete in all respect. (vii) The plant shall also include 01 No electronic flow meter to measure flow of water. (viii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include necessary civil works such as surface dressing/excavation and earth work, PCC/RCC foundation etc as per manufacture's instruction's. (ix) The vessel shall be painted internally with two coats of anti corrosive and non toxic black bituminous paint (compatible with drinking water) and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface. (x) The plant shall be designed for design flow of 63 cum per Hr. (xi)The working pressure shall be 3 to 5 Kg/Sq. mm (xii) The iron removal plant shall have first filling of filter media as per manufacture's instruction. (xiii) The iron content after treatment shall be less than 0.10 mg/ltr irrespective of iron content as Fe in Raw water of Bore well) (xiv) Testing of water (raw and after treatment) shall be carried out by the contractor for portability and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing electrically operated Chlorine dosing pump set consisting of dosing tank of 100 to 200 litres of PE/FRPO MOC with PE/FRP lid & level gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator with shaft & blade in SS316 (FRP/Epoxy coated)/Plastic mounted on Tank, lid mus have provision of mounting dosing pump on the wall/lid complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pumping set, 3 phase, 20 HP, 50Hz of capacity discharge 50-147 cum per Hr at 14-36 Mtr head, 2880 RPM with Suction 100 mm bore and delivery size 100 mm bore coupled to 20 HP capacity 3 phase electric induction motor complete with connections of suction and delivery pipes and fittings, gasket, nuts, bolts and washers etc including PCC foundation, MS Channel base plate (0 to 10 kg/cm2 complete all as directed. Construction of masnory valve pit chamber of size 90 cm x 90 cm X 90 cm (internal dimension) with sub class 'B' Bricks in cement mortar (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 as in bedding and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in coping including 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle iron frame, 3 mm thick MS cover plate with locking arrangement and painting to all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including surface preparation all as directed.
