Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep including site clearance etc complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil., n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, for pipes and electric cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as speified and as directed.

Taking out old under ground HT XLPE/PVC cable of any size for finding out fault from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/ including taking out of PCC cable cover and electric cable and segregation/staking of serviceable cable covers and electric cable from trenches for reuse and removing broken cable covers and defective/burnt electric cable from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point for soil.

M&L for providing dry tibba sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as speciied. (Note :- 18 cm Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid).

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole pedestal and coping complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation all as specified

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-lay only old retrieved unserviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, joint, test and commission XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured overall PVC sheatehed electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 sqmm crosssectional area, 11000 Volts grade Earthed (11 KV earthed system) conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) amendmened update,laid in trenches, fixed on wals,roofs and poles, laid in ducts and floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ

S&F in replcement of drop out fuse unit, explusion type for out door air break gang oprated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washer etc synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capcity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps all as directed including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Prestressed concrete pole, 11.00m long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Unit rate qouted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for dismantling old cross arms and refixinfg same back on new poles in the same position.

S&F in replacement Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator size 150 mm dia 150mm height suitable for 11000 Volts HT grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one galvansied iron nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Disc type insulator 145 mm height 255 mm dia suitable for 11000 Volts HT grade, porcelain vitreous white,brown or green including galvanized mild steel sectional straps 38X5mm, insulator bolts dia 20mm, washers and nuts, single disc assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.

Supply, lay and fix 80 mm bore galvanised iron pipe with all fittings as protection for electric cables, laid in trenches, fixed on poles, walls and ceilings or laid in floors, laid in road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20cm in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of HT UG cable protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing RMU/VCB/Transformer/HT poles and meggering the HT under ground cable for its IR value and ensuring the servicebility by HT megger,locating the faults by HT fault finder instrument for any distance and reconnect the HT cable. Note:- Joint kit and HT UG Cable shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L for HT Cable route indicator made out of CI Plat 100mm dia, 6mm thick & fixed over flat iron of size 60x6mm, 120 cm in length embeded in block of PCC (1:3:6) type C- of size 30cmx30cmx20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out calibration of HT VCB panel including VCB 800/630/400 Amps, Make:ABB, after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, rewiring of burnt out/unsv VCB panel wiring complete, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of M/s ABB or authorised dealer/ representative, and refixing the panel in its original position with complete painting of VCB Panel and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge . Note: (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include all minor spares etc., (ii) If any burnt out/defective items like moving/fixed contacts, tripping coils,earth fault relay, etc., will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Spare parts required other than mentioned here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Attending complaints by opening / disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground HT cable of any size from Junction boxes HT OH Line/HT Panel,taking out the required length of cable from existing loop,cutting the defective portion of cable, providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing Junction boxes HT OH Line/HT Panel etc after rectification of complaints all as directed. Note (i) The cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling relaying of sand and bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe breaking of required brick work/concrete and redoing the required work to match the existing surface shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Additional cable/protection pipe required at stie if any shall be measured and paid separately. Notes: - (i) Contractor should deploy one Electrician ITI holder and one Helper with experience of at least 5 years in the same field and other required equipments such as transportation, hydra, safey gloves, rubber shoes, pliers, cutter, other requisite T&P and sundries, minor excavation etc to attend the Faults / Complaints on daily basis as per complaint trace out and no extra payment will be made out on this account and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor / Supervisor will collect complaint of Electric faults,cable faults,No light faults from concern JE on daily basis and will complete them on the same day failing which penalty of Rs. 1000.00 shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iii) Contractor should provide equipments like Excavation Tools, Discharge rod, Tester, Test lamp, Multi meter, Side plier & related essential tools, Industrial Safety helmet, Hand gloves,safety materials etc on his own arrangement as per site requirement for rectifying the complaint and no other payment will be made for the same. (iv) Contractor shall ensure the safety measures for the safety of workmen and materials. Incase of any mishap, accident, damage, loss, death or embarrassing situation, the contractor shall be responsible. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained lateron by the Govt on this account.

S&F in replacement HT feeder pillar box factory made cubical type dust,weather,vermin proof, out door type both side opening of size 110cm x 100cm x 60cm made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, conforming to IS-5039, Protection Class IP-54, epoxy phosphatised powder coated in seven tank process, machine pressed, front opening in two halves with rubber gasket / bedding , locking arrangement with sliding bolt including aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 10 mm and 80 cm long, 3 strips mounted on HT insulators each strip should be munted minimum two insulator and nuts, bolts; panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 50x 50 x 6 mm and legs 40 cm long duly spray painted internally and externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete incoming / outgoing cable provision complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in replacement Switch Air Break Gang Operated from two pole/four pole structure and supply & fixing switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating 200 Amps, outdoor type (conforming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV, triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 12 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs and maintenance of operating mechanism of 11KV air break gang operating of any capacity with necessary oiling/greasing to moving parts and to set right the alignment of Male/Female contacts for proper working complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i). Male/Female contacts if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ. (ii) The T & P and minor repair i.e. replaced the nut/bolts etc. will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply only in replacement heavy duty male and female (each set will be comprising with one male and one female contact) contact of brass Zinc plated for GO switches of current rating capacity 200 Amps complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
