Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in perpendicular direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation to be paid separately in respective items.

Material & Labour for UG cable route indicator made out of 100 mm dia MS plate with 20 mm dia 50cm long MS bar as legs for writing LT and name of feeder fixing with and including necessary PCC 1:2:4 in grouting route complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for drawing of PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed 1.5 SQMM, 3 core copper conductor ,industrial cable through steel tubular pole from bottom to Top hole and both side connection in Jn box MCB and Street light fitting complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of junction box insulated, of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced, size 205mm X 255mm X 112mm, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529, gasket material of polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded, compliing with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670-2-5, including three phase busbar with 6 Amp MCB and mounting clamp and complying the instructions complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. (ii) For better safety the polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11 DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2. (iii) It should be tested at glow wire test for 960 deg Cent. (iv) The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50296-98 for IK 08. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB. Make:-Hensel, cat part No DK 2525 G .

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface PVC conduit of suitable size / recessed as required on wall/ roof with 4x25.0 sqmm + 2x16.0 sq mm earth wire complete all as specified & directed. Note:- For measurement purpose 4x25 Sqmm + 2x16 Sqmm considered as 1 RM.

Material & Labour for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface PVC conduit of suitable size / recessed as required on wall/ roof with 4x10.0 sq. mm + 2x6.0 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified & directed. Note:- For measurement purpose 4x10 Sqmm + 2x6 Sqmm considered as 1 RM.

Supply & Fix Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 63 amp, 415 V complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per Srl Item No. 48.00 here in before but for connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel.
