Maintenance and Operation of swimming pool pump house water supply installation consisting of filter feed pump sets of capacity 20 hp, balancing tank feed pump set of capacity 10 hp and Valves on all days including Saturdays /Sundays /Holidays in two shifts (i.e. 0400 hrs to 1200 Hrs and 1300 hrs to 2000 hrs ) ( one FGM required each shift of 8 hours )f or pumping and distribution of Swimming pool as and when required .Also carry out minor maintenance works as and When required to all Machines/Equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceablity of plants and removing grass/ surface dressing from surrounding area all as specified and directed by Enrg-in Charge

Notes for item No 1:-Daily routine maintenance tasks include the following:- (a) Checking of all parts of the plants for its functional stability.Operate pump sets installed at filteration plant of swimming pool and balancing feed pump sets installed at Main pump house and carry out checks of pipelines, pumps and panel boards for trouble free functioning. (b) To operate suction and delivery valves of pump sets and inlets and outlet valves of balancing tanks. (c) Operator should carry out caliberation and dozing the plant to obtain chlorine dosage of 1 PPM and also testing ofchlorinated water for correct dosage (d) Routine maintenance tasks shall be carried out from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs. Record of testing/dosage/time of checking, maintenance carried out etc. shall be maintained separately for each plant by the contractor. Daily log sheets shall be maintained by the operator as per APPENDIX A In PS clause . (e) Labour and consumables required for operation of machines/equipments shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (f) tools and plants reqd for carrying out maintenance work shall be provided by the contractor during the period .

Maintenance of swimming pool including brushing inside the entire pool having bottom area 1306 Sqm , side wall area 471 Sqm , scum channel and having 667000 gallons entire capacity of water. Filter capacity of the pool is 200 cum/ hour with filter feed pump capacity 20 HP and having alum dozer, bleaching powder dozer to maintain 1 ppm of chlorine in pool water and pH level between 7 and 8 all over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Suction sweeping the swimming pool with trained operators by using suction sweeping pump set connected with 50 mm sized flexible ribbed hose and tied with 12 mm nylon rope to the handles on either side for removing the sweeper in all directions for removing the sediments collected in the bottom of the pool as a result of the application of chemicals complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge

M&L for suction sweeping inside swimming pool by using telescopic suction sweeper for 2 hours daily (except item no 2 and 3 here in before)all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Notes for item No 2 to 4:-(a) Suction sweeping the bottom of the entire pool for a period of two hours (4 AM to 6 AM) or as required to clean the water for bailing out the sediments. (b) Removing all floating particles by using net before 6 AM. (c)T&P reqd for the maintenance work shall be provided the contractor (d) The chemicals required for the treatment will be measured and paid separatly as supply only and the labour for dozing the chemicals should be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor (e) The quantity of chemicals to be dozed should be determined by analysing the condition of water at the time of dozing (f) Adding requisite quantity of chemicals considering the condition of the pool water while dozing all as specified and directed by Eng-in- Charge. (i) Dozing requisite quantity of Calcium Hypochlorite and sodium hypochloride for maintaining the percentage of chlorine up to 1 PPM every day (0700 Hrs to 2100 Hrs). (ii) Dozing requisite quantity of alum sulphate for better sedimentation of impurities in the pool water. (iii) Dozing requisite quantity of soda ash for maintain the PH level of pool water between every day (0700 Hrs to 2100 Hrs). (iv) Add sodium hypo chloride for maintaining the percentage of chlorine up to 1 PPM every day. .

(v) Add copper sulphate/ algaecide to pool water as per requirement and condition of water as directed by Eng-in- Charge .(g) Backwashing of the filter media by operating various control valves accommodated with the filtration plant adequately with trained operators to removing sludge clogged inside the filter media directly to the outside drainage without entering into the swimming pool once in a week

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite Granules disinfectant for water tretment having chlorine content (60-70) % all as specified. Make: Aquafit/ Rayalseema or equivalent

Supply only Ortho- Tolidine solution for testing of residual chlorine in water all as per specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of RCC Balancing at swimming Pool tank of capacity 100000 Liters all as specified.

M&L for scrubbing & cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, sillts etc from the internal surfaces of HDPE storage tank 500 litres of capacity (bottom and wall) by using brushes, bleaching powder and other cleaning materials as required.
