Construction of CC road and Drain infront of H No 893 in Mahaveer Nagar at Ward No 54

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix.

Transportation of excavated earth from site including loading – unloading etc. complete with all lead and lift. 2 Km

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cement as per Clause 602.2.2 , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using Fixed Form Paver and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding stripsprimer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. 20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor Three level. Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code)

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel plate including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick.

Providing and fixing of Reinforced Ferro-Cement Drain cover designed of class "A" & "AA" loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75 mm to 150 mm anti-corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate, Rim and on M.S. lifting hooks, admixture like plasticizer bond-improving compound, shrinkage resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.Span 300 mm to 450 mm Standard Size 600 x 800 mm (FOR CROSSING)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 metre spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Internal work Exposed on wall)20mm nominal size

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1 : 3 with 35 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 mix complete with good finish with : Stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick average.

P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2 .) approved quality /make including joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.110 mm dia
