Cleaning the garbage around Harbour Colony area, School Buildings, Port Hospital and Port Guest House by sweeping, collection, conveyance and disposal for a period of Two years in VOC Port

Engaging of 46Nos Unskilled Mazdoor for cleaning the garbage's from Residential Quarters (Type - I to Type - VII Quarters including CISF Qtrs ) area, Shopping complex area, Port Schools (Tamil medium, English medium Primary school) class rooms, Toilets,inside school campus, Port Guest House, Officer's club area , Civil and Electrical Maintenance Sub division offices for all working days including segregating the bio- degradable and non-degradable materials, but excluding the cost of all tools and plants etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Engaging of 1(one)No Tractor for loading and conveying of garbage's into tractors as per requirement from Port colony area, Maintenance office area, CISF complex, Hospital complex, Shopping center, Guest House and other area and Conveying the same to the identified Waste disposal site. To ensure the clean and hygiene environment, every tractor load shall be covered and tied with tarpaulin to avoid spillage on road. The cost inclusive of 2 Nos labour charges, hire charge for tractor, driver, fuel charge, etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Engaging of 1(one) No.of Mini-Truck like TATA Ace for collection of Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable waste materials from door to door in quarters in Port colony area, CISF quarters area, Hospital complex, Shopping centre etc., and conveying the sameto the dumping site. The cost inclusive of 2 Nos labour charges, hire charges for vehicle driver, fuel, tools & plants and cost of required labours etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of cleaning materials for every month first week without fail including cost of material, transportation and handling charges, minor tools, etc., complete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The following materials shall be supplied bythe contractor for every month such as (a) Sanifreshner or Harpic 1000ml - 26 Nos. (b) Floor cleaner 1000ml- 26 Nos. (c) Napthelin - 1 Kg. (d) Phenyl 1000ml -15 Nos (e) Bleaching Powder - 10 Kg (f) Soap Oil # 10 Litres (g) Air freshner 500ml - 5 Nos.

Engaging of 17Nos. of Unskilled Mazdoor to Cleaning the Toilets and drainage system and mopping the entire floor in the Port Hospital buildings and removal of bushes & rank vegetation etc., shall be cleared throughout the year including Sunday & Holidayand cleaning all type of garbages in and around the Hospital building area. The cost including Labour charges, ESI & EPF etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Engaging of Unskilled Mazdoor to Cleaning the toilets and drainage system and mopping the entire floor in the Port Guest House buildings (inside rooms and VIP rooms) and removal of bushes & rank vegetation etc., shall be cleared by engaging 2 Nos. of Unskilled Mazdoor in all working days including Sundays & Government Holidays etc., The cost including Labour, ESI & EPF etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The payment will be made once in a month for the work done to the entiresatisfaction of the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Engaging of 1 No Unskilled Supervisory for effective supervising the cleaning work at Residential Quarters (Type - I to Type - VII Quarters including CISF Qtrs ) area, Shopping complex area, Port Schools (Tamil medium, English medium Primary school ) class rooms, Toilets, inside school campus, Port Guest House, Officer's club area , Civil and Electrical Maintenance Sub division offices for all working days and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent).

Supplying Cleaning materials for every month first week without any fail for Port Hospital buildings including cost of material, transportation and handling charges, minor tools etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The following material shall be supplied by the contractor for every month: a) Broom - 15 Nos. b) Broom stick - 5 Nos. c) Flower broom - 15 Nos. d) Brushes - 10 Nos. e) Phenoil (compond) - 10 Lit. f) Floor Washing Surf - 10 Kg. g) Bleaching Powder - 3 Kgs. h) Naphthalene (Deo fresh Sani Cube) - 20 Pockets, i) Harpic 200 ml - 20 Nos. j) Mop - 20 Nos. k) Room spray 50ml - 10 Nos. l) Exo dishwash bar 250 Gms. - 20 Nos. m) Airwick Lavander AF - 40 Nos. n) Lizol flooral 500 ml - 10 Nos. o) Dettol Anti Liquid 100 ml - 5 Nos. and p) Phenoil essence 500ml - 5 Nos.
