Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic street light timer using NATURE SWICH for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light . The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof ,electric shock proof ,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box confirming to IP 54 suitable for three phase phase of 12 KW model -Swadeep -02EC12kW3P of make -Nature switch or equivalent in legrand/siemens.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 100 Watt with IP 66 protection, 230 Volts, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source, with toughned glass with frame, with all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Flood light fitting 200 Watt with IP 66 protection, 230 Volts, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source, with toughned glass with frame, with all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Flood light fitting 100 Watt with IP 66 protection, 230 Volts, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source, with toughned glass with frame, with all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Flood light fitting 150 Watt with IP 66 protection, 230 Volts, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source, with toughned glass with frame, with all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Flood light fitting flame proof, water proof, 100 Watt with IP 65, in cast alluminium alloy LM 6 construction with toughened glass with stain steel chain for prevention of light from falling down, with suitable wire of 1100 Volts grade three core multi stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Aviation obstruction LED light fitting 240 volt low intensity twin aviation light of power consumption 10 watt in total, including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC cable Junction box for street light, pole mounting type of size 300mm x 200mm x 105mm or nearest size, central with linked door control, including one 6 Amps MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights complete, including mounting the junction box on pole with suitable arrangement with 02 nos MS clamp of MS flat iron 40x 6 mm, nuts & bolts complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs GI pipe bracket, made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.2 metre long complete with two No MS clamps of MS flat iron 40mm x 6mm with bolts, nuts and washer fixed on poles/walls complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 16 Sqmm 04 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 10 Sqmm 04 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe/cable cover etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and deposing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for PVC cable with tibba sand (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Material & labour for stone slab 40 mm to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 6 Sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, solid aluminium conductor cable, flat type, in service connections etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending day to day street / security light (LED, MH/Sodium Flood light fittings of any make), installed at Dispersal & High mast light poles, Sun Shelter lights, Hanger lights, perimeter lights, watch tower lights etc at Tech area AF station jodhpur and salawas) complaints received through telephone or in person, identification and rectification of defects by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of drivers, Surge Protection Device (SPD), replacement of old unserviceable light fittings, cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, tightening of loose connections, GI bracket tightening, checking the connection of FRP junction box, light alignment, tightening of flood light safety chain in Hangers, properly insulating the connections complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid for seperately as 'Supply only' under respective items of schedule 'A'/BoQ. (ii) contractor shall provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) contractor manpower shall attend daily to recieve complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. (iv) Vehicle, ladder, tools, LT tapes and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. (v) Any complaint/job given on a particular day shall be repaired/rectified within twenty four hours from the date of receipt of complaint. The rate of recovery against non attending/completing job within time period shall be Rs. 75/- per complaint per day. (vi) Old retrieved material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and shall be given to contractor after completion of contract.

Supply only electric driver for 100 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electric driver for 150 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only surge protection device rated 5 KV for LED type fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only lamp holder suitable for HPSV/MH street light fittings of 1 x 70/150/250/400 watt complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Metal Halide Choke capacity 150 watt complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Metal Halide Choke capacity 250 watt complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Metal Halide /Sodium Vapour lamp capacity 150 watt complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only ignitor suitable for HPSV/MH street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade cable 2 x 2.5 sqmm flexible, unarmoured copper conductor cable, PVC sheathed, for streat light to PVC junction box and making the connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for attending day to day complaints of existing 12 m high highmast light (of any type, make and wattage installed at various locations in Tech Area at AF station jodhpur and salawas) received through telephone or in person, identification and rectification of defects by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of flexible wire, MH choke, MH/Sodium lamp, ignitor, lamp holder, driver, SPD, PCB, Contactor, replacement of old unserviceable light fittings, cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, tightening of loose connections, GI bracket tightening, checking the connection of FRP junction box, light alignment etc, properly insulating the connections complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material & labour for repair of mechanism of High mast and rewinding of three phase tower motor 440 volt AC including dismantling from high mast & transport to workshop for rewinding with existing size of super enameled copper wire, replacing of gear, bearing bush etc for running of rope at satisfoctory level and reinstallation complete all as specified and directed.
