Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of 11 KV Sub station of the electric supply system with minimum one Electrician (Skilled category of worker) at Rowriah .( Each shift of 08 Hrs, total 03 shift in a day) including Sunday & holidays complete all as specified and directed. Scope of work will include repair/as described in power house/sub station as under: -(i) Immediate finding of fault wherever an OH/UG of LT/HT supply from Lichubari (Raino Auditorium) to Bhalukmara (ASC Butury) area as and when occurred. (ii) On indication of any type of fault/tripping of VCB/HT switch gear, the contractor shall be responsible to locate the fault and to intimate regarding the fault with in reasonable time (not more than 2 hr). (iiii) Providing and replacement of HT fuses. (iv) Restraining of ACSR conductor wherever required including necessary binding complete (v) Providing T&P as required for rectification of defect/fault to electrification. (Bomboo ladder, torch, boot rubber knee and complete tool for electrician). (vi) Providing safety rubber gloves, first aid kit (containing items like dressings(02 Sets)dettol/savlon-(02 nos),cotton, adhesive bandages(03 Sets) disposable gloves, antiseptic soaps etc) and safety belt to electrician / helper during working for rectification of fault / defect. (vii) To keep area of Power House/transformer surrounding, sub station Bldg, toilet & surroundings of electrical eqpt neat and clean. (viii) All types of cleaning viz cleaning of HT/LT panels, warming up (demoisturing) of Bus bar chambers in HT Panels, tightening of connections in HT/LT Panels installed in power house. (ix) The scope will also cover load balancing on each phase of transformer as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge/JE (x) The contractor shall comply with existing labour laws,IE rules, Factory act etc. in totality and deptt shall not be held responsible for any lapse. (xi) Maintenance and upkeep of any new equipment if installed during the contract period. .

All as per item no.1 above but with minimum one Mate (semi-skilled category of worker) in Rowriah substation (Each shift of 08 Hrs total 03 shift in a day) including Sundays & holidays complete all as directed.

All as per item No 1 but with minimum one Mate (semi-skilled Category of worker) in Bhalukmara substation Each shift of 08 Hrs total 03 shift in one day) including Sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1 but with minimum one Electrician (Skilled category of worker) in the substation for maintenance/Complaint cell at Bhalukmara substation of the electric supply system . Each shift of 08 Hrs total 02 shifts in a day) includes Sunday & holidays and comprising the following works :- (i) Attend day to day complaints of maintenance cell, attending the complaint of OTM accn, Md accn, and all other associated area, carrying all type of T&P/stores to attend the complaints including attending faults/break down during general shift all as directed at site. (ii) Rectification of defect /fault immediately with or without material. (iii) Restraining of ACSR conductor wherever required including necessary binding complete. (iv) Providing T&P as required for day to day complaint and for rectification of defect/fault to electrification. (cutting plier, insulation tap, test lamp, wrinches, Bomboo ladder, torch, boot rubber knee and complete tool for electrician). (v) Providing safety rubber gloves and safety belt to electrician / helper during working for rectification of fault / defect. (vi) Any other subject related work as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

All as per Item no 1 but with minimum one Electrician (Skilled category of worker) in the Saraibari for complaint/Maint cell . Each shift of 08 Hrs total 02 shift in one day) including Sunday & holidays, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item no 01 to 06 : (i) Necessary Tools /Equipments (such as hand gloves 11KV/ Discharge Rod/ HT Fuse wire/bamboo Ladder/Torch/boot rubber Knee etc)for repairing/servicing/fault rectification shall be arranged by contractor for the contract period . (ii) Salaries/wages shall be made through digital mode (Bank through) only . Contractor shall submit every month bank statement of employee salaries/wages to Engr-in-Charge.(iii) Cost of cleaning and Up keeping of area near MES Substaion /campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small in equalities n. exc 15 cm deep at interval of 7 days (including removing vegetation/Shurb/bush wood/Under-growth) and carring away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50m away complete approx area of cleaning 150sqm are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Trimming of branches of trees touching HT/LT Electric over head line and making clear about 3 m in radius and carrying and disposal where directed are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (v) This is contract of outsourcing of services and not labour
