Sewerage Treatment Plant

Providing sewerage system with primary treatment ( inlet chamber, Grit removal unit Screen chamber in cluding machanical/electrical componant thereafter with fixing, testing and commissioning to handle the everage load of 1.7 MLD as per CPHEEO mannual and inter connecting all units with relevant pipes,fittings and valves as per design and requirement ,Flood protection work, walkways, approach path,Plant light, and installation of all mechanical & electrical equipments including site development all kinds of soil including removal of all Debries/ construction and demolision material after completion of work in all respect and as per term and conditions . SEWER NET WORK.

Excavation in foundation & plinth in earth work in all kinds of soil Kankar, Moorum, Shingles conglomerate saturated soil decomposed such as containing spade work, blasting work, jumper work including decomposed soft and hard rock ,Pucca /metelled /Katcha /concrete/pavers road and paths etc including any hindrences, restoration of cables ,pipe network ,consumer connection /pavers /tiles during day or night with all material all kinds dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with all leads,lifts disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads ,lifts in cluding jungle clearance , making level with road surface with in all leads, lifts foundation etc.& complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6app.sand:12app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, in all height and depth , including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing and laying cement concrete M 30 not less than 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced for reinfoece concrete work ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in polsition complete upto floor two lelvel including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.i ncluding cost of binding wires.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth and string sources and the like.

Surveying ,level marking, bench marking ,alignement of each line upto STP, verfying the already executed departmental survey ,laying jointing and testing in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron pressure pipes as per IS :8329/2000 class K-7 duty ISI marked , inside cement mortar lined suitable for tyton push onjoints for sewer lines including cutting of pipe, chamfering where rquired ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately ) including carriage upto site of work, testing etc., complete in all respect as per instruction of the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing and fixing CI xlan A series K-12 tail peace for making house connections in the RCC manhole with spygot joint towards connection, including cutting hole and fixing with cement mortar /slurry and fixing solution and pluging in end complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual. ( earth work in trenches and jointing of pipes to be measured and paid for seperately )

Providing placing /installation and Fixing Pre Cast RCC Ecentirc Conical Manhole Chambers , M40 grade,125mm thick including EHD cover (Extra heavy Duty Cover)and foot steps size 1000 mm inner dia at bottom and 560mm inner dia at top height 800mm including making hole and interconnecting with pipe networking (as required) after laying refilling the cavity porton and making level with road surface with ramming and concreting etc. all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing/Placing/installation and Fixing Pre Cast RCC Manhole Rings , 125mm thick to maintain depth of manholes size 1000 mm inner dia & height 300mm,each including fixing with jointing solution and cement slurry all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing placing /installation and fixing precast Concrete Circular SFRC manhole cover IS 12592: 2002 including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE.

Operation & Maintaining complete network ( Main and Sub) at Kala Amb ,Moginand entire network for one year after completion / commissioning of Primary treatment complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C/O Main Hole chamber in Brick.

2nd Brick work using common brunt clay in cm 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) in foundation & plinth complete in all respect.

15 mm cement pilaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior pilaster upto floor two level i/c arries internal rounded chamber and rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 sand)
