RequiredThe owner of the vehicle should be produced the Pollution control certificate for every six months
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle should produced valid documents like permit, fitness certificate, Insurance, Tax paid Receipts etc, while applying tender for providing vehicle for hire purposes
RequiredThe owner of the vehicle should also produce the professional driving license with badge of the driver proposed to the engaged
RequiredThe car with milometer in working condition should be provided
RequiredThe car should be at the disposal of the department irrespective of time and holidays during the hired period
RequiredThe wear and tear and any damages caused to the vehicle due to accidents during the hire period by any reasons is to be borne by car owner of the vehicle
RequiredNo advance payment will be issued. The owner has to submit an advance stamped receipt of hire charges for arranging payment within time
RequiredIn case of vehicle provided becomes sick for more than a day an alternative vehicle i.e, another car should be provided until the hire vehicle is repaired
RequiredCrew charges and DA of the Driver are to be borne by the owner himself
