a) Dismantling of 3.5 cusec V.T pumping unit no.01 by way of decoupling of motor, extraction of column pipes, bowl assembly & allied fittings, taking out the pump from the pump house. The job also includes loading in private load carrier & shifting to the workshop for necessary repairs. b) Providing & fitting of thrust bearing 29322 and its adequate greasing c) Repairs to damaged bronze impeller by way of re-metaling at worn out spots & fabrication of broken fins out of same material as per requirement. The job includes the charge of facing, finishing, turning, etc on lathe for the completion of work(02 no) d) Providing and fitting of adhesive material for connecting of bowl stages(01 job) e) Shifting of the pump from workshop after necessary repairs at site through private load carrier then unloading of the same at site, then fitting of column pipes and discharge bend to the delivery line and assembly of the whole pumping unit at site and testing on full load.
