Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 Cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 M in width as well as 10 Sqm in plain, including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 M and lift up to 1.5 M, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and filling sand in plinth, under floors, all kinds of maintenance works including watering, ramming, consolding and dressing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineers

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations, plinth, under floors and all kinds of maintenance work including ramming, leveling, curing, from work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm, 10mm & 6mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:2;4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in roofs, slabs, lintels, beams, chajjas, columns, walls, vertical/horizontal fins and all kinds of maintenance works including drip moulds, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, consolidating, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing, hoisting and fixing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete work of proportion 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in lintels, beams, slabs, shelves, posts etc., finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) on exposed surfaces including required centering, shuttering, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT bar reinforcement for RCC insitu work/pre-cast work including cost of straightening, cutting, bending, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding work, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting & fixing steel structure (confirming to IS : 2062) in position at all heights (up to 15m), made of M.S. angles, channels, joists/beams, rounds, plates, cleats, flats, bars, etc. for platforms, ladders, trusses, bracings, purlins,wind tie including making connections, etc. as directed including nuts, bolts, washers, welding and including painting the structure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer all inclusive etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) using 20 mm & 10mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in all kinds of maintenance works including dismantaling old floor and finishing of new floor with a floating coat of neat cement, curing, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 115mm thick class-II brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in all kinds of maintenance works including rocking of joints, scaffolding, providing 2 nos. of 8mm dia rainforcement bars at intrval of each 6 layers horizantally, curing etc., all complete of all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 6 mm thick plasters in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) proportion in ceilings of RCC slabs and all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, drip mould etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means in all kinds of maintenance works including scaffolding disposal of debris to a lead of 50 mts. Etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer

a) CC 1:3:6 or richer mix

b) CC 1:4:8 or Leaner mix

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means in all kinds of maintenance works including scaffolding stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of debris to a lead of 50 mtrs. etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling old plasters/skitting and cleaning the surface for new plaster including scaffolding, disposing debris to a lead of 50 mtrs. etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) , having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour, of approved manufacturer and shade over already distempered / primed scrapped surfaces of walls in residential quarters and public buildings including preparation of surface by scrapping and applying wall putty (as per the requirement) for distempering, cost of Brush, Sand paper, Wall Putty, Scaffolding etc. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required make like ASHIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC/ANY APPROVED BRAND and shade New work/old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 lit/10 sqm) including cleaning of surface and removing loose particles etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

providing and applying aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work including preparation of surface etc. complete. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and making door seal in cement mortar 1:2, ( 1 cement : 3 sand), finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of CC flooring, curing etc., all complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) 300 mm dia R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Repairing of leaky "S" trap / "P" trap of WC pan including necessary cutting and making good the walls/floor, ensuring no leakage, scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer.

Repairing of leaky floor trap with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including cutting and making good the walls/floor, ensuring no leakage, scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer.

Cleaning and desilting of RCC under ground water tank of capacity 700-800 M3, thorough brushing of side walls and floor of tank using 10 kg bleaching powder, flushing out the tank with fresh water, disposing of silt to a lead of 100 mtrs. including taking all safety measures during work etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 X 200mm or above conforming to IS: 15662 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make like kajaria/johnson/somany etc, in approved colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in walls, skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1 st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make like kajaria/johnson/somany etc, in approved colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carry out day to day repair & maintenance of plumbing and sanitary items such as concealed /exposed Gl pipe joints, push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushing cisterns and accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc. to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar type of repairs and maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the contractor as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.

Carry out day to day repair & maintenance of items (wooden/Aluminum/Steel) such as doors, windows, door clousers, locks, glass pans, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes, etc. and any other similar nature of repairs and day to day maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, making and fixing carpentary items with the materials supplied by the contractor as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge including all tools and tackles, etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.

Daily assistance to carpenter and plumber to sucessfully carry out the plumbing and carpentary works as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Data operating cum supervisory services for all the items covered in this schedule above including data operating, job planning / allocation, continuous supervision, quality and progress checks / reporting and co-ordination and any other similar type of office works assigned by the engineer as per the direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per specifation and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade over new/old door, windows, ventilators, cupboards also painting works for utkal divas,independence day,republic day etc.including scaffolding all complete at all levels as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but xcluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system underapproximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent,clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.2 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2" or 6") or step-down(2" or 3" or 6" ) as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50x50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and Fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid ) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackles, man power for disposal of garbages/debris/cut grass surplus earth from road side berms, and different type of officce waste, plant waste materials, and disposal of the same in a mini truck including loading, transporting, and unloading, etc., up to a lead of 2 KMS complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of following items for routine maintenance jobs and maintaining inventory in civil colony office as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of 100 mm dia PVC pipes of ISI marked medium B - class of approved quality on walls as a repair to existing damaged sewage pipes, jointing with plastic adhesive materials, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying of PVC fixtures on existing AC pipes with plastic adhesive material etc, all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note:(a) 100 mm dia plain bend of required degrees (b) 100 mm dia loose collar.(c) 100 mm dia door bend of required degree.(d) 25 X 6 mm MS flat clamps.

Supplying of self cleaning PVC trap of 100 mm inlet and 100mm outlet of approved quality as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying of white vitreous china flat back wash basin of parry ware/Hindustan ware make with ISI mark after removing the damaged wash basin as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

( Tata/Jindal/ other approved brand by EIC). Example 1" dia pipe of length 6 meter will execute 6 quantity.

Supplying of ISI marked GI fittings of brand like Tata/Jindal/ other approved brand and quality by EIC on existing drinking water pipe line net work as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note : Elbows, Nipple, Coupling, Tee, Reducing Elbow, Reducers, Reducing Tee, Plug etc.

Supplying of ISI marked GI fittings( Union of different sizes) of approved quality and brand like Tata/Jindal/ other approved brand by EIC on existing drinking water pipe line net work as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of Nails in kg of different sizes for various civil maintenance work in costudy of department as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

Supplying of first class teak wood in scantling as directed by the Engineers -in-charge.

Supplying of paneling in paneled shutter of door, windows, ventilators, cupboards etc., on new shutter or as a repair to existing shutters after removing old damaged paneling including beadings is required etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or vebates shall be measured)

a) 12 mm thick BWR plywood with ISI mark conforming to IS:1328 including a coat of approved primer

Supplying of ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 ( Part - 1) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face venners on both face of shutter including all MS Oxidised fittings and fixture like 3 nos. of 100 mm size hinges, 2 nos of 100 mm handles, 2 ns of 16 mm dia and 250 mm length Aldrops, 2 nos of 150 mm length tower bolts, 50 mm size wooden cleats with hinges and two or more coats of approved synthetic ennamel paint of approved brand on wood primer and removal of old damaged shutters etc. all complete and as directed by Engineer.

Supplying of position of 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides.The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats.The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Supplying factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws,joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin-charge

Supplying of glass shelf of size 600 x 120 mm with edges rounded off supported on anodised aluminum angle frame with brackets and ground rail complete fixed to wooden cleats with screw and washersas per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-n-charge.

Supplying of PTMT towel rail 600 mm long towel rail with total length of 645 mm, width 78 mm and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 190 gms complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour.as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying of of Stainless steel wire guage (jali) (Grade-304) aperture 1.4 mm and 0.40mm in door and window shuttersas per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying water proofing materials like Dr fixit or any other ISI marked water proofing material as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Supplying and stacking of 200 degree wide angle peep sight / wide angle door viewer for existing quarter's door as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of putty for wood work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of oil type wood preservative for wood work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
