Dismanteling of Overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium head conductor,G.I. wire,cross arm,insulators,etc. as required.

Carraige of STP-23/33 pole from road site ( STORE ) To erection site

Erection of mateallic pole ( above 8.0 mtr to 10 mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 10 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation, refilling etc. As required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Painting of electric pole with 2 coats of aluminium paint over red oxide primer complete in all respects .

Supply and erection of stay set complete ( galvanised) with 19/20mm diax1.8 mtr long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm thimble stay clamps turn buckle ( 20mmx60mm)7/4.00mm dia GI stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement cconcrete 1:3:6( 1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agreegate 40mm nominal size) fondation including excavation and refilling etc. as required

Supplying and fixing of G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supply & erection of junction box having one no.06 Amp MCB & one no. neutral link with door & locking arrangement on street lighting pole including all accessories for termination.

Supply of LT Aerial Bunched cable of size 3cx35+1x35+1x16 Sqmm ( phase conductor cable +bare messenger wire + Phase street light ) of XLPE aluminium standrad circular compacted messanger wire .
