BIN SOLID LINEN (Drawing No FD-244):- M&L for removing of old unserviceable top/bottom of Bin solid linen and S&F of new top/bottom made out of 18mm thick prelaminted particle board of approved shade. The edges of the top shall be covered with 6mm thick TW beeding duly polished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of old unserviceable back of Bin solied linen and S&F of new back made out of 6mm thick BWP ply complete all as specified and directed.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR (Drawing No FD -233/362) :- M&L for removing of old unserviceable board S&F new board as perexistingshape and size made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board. The frame shall be fixed with 4mm thick TW edging all round as per drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing damaged mirror of Hat stand with mirror of polished sheet glass of size 300x440mmx5.5mm thick fixed with 4mm commercial ply complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR DINNING WOODEN BOTTOM (Drawing No FD- 225 /228) :- M & L for removing old unserviceable seat of chair wooden bottom and S&F new seat made out of ply wood commercial 6 mm thick with perforated holes and size as per drg and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable rear leg with new legs of 1st class hard wood to Chair dining wooden bottom made to shape and complete including polishing to match all as specified and shown in drg complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR DINNING JCO/ORS (Drawing No FD/MAP-II/05) Removing old unserviceable /broken PVC seat and fixing with new seat made of 6 mm ply wood with cushion 75 mm thick ,32 density duly stiched with tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs 250 /- per mtr. The ply wood shall be fixed to wooden corner bracket of size (100 x 100 mm ) x 25 mm qty +04 Nos fixed on all inner corners of the seat complete all as specified and directed. The cushion shall be cut out of the sofa cushions obtained from item srl No 16.02 here in after complete all as specified and directed.

SIDE BOARD (FD-1112 & 241) : Removing of unserviceable back, S&F new back of side board with 6mm thick BWR Grade commercial plywood as existing and as per drg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable shutter, S&F new shutter as existing made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side decorative teak shade and balancing white shade to the other side. The shutter shall be fixed with 4mm thick TW edging all round as per drg and fixed with aluminum anodized knob with ball spring catch complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable leg S&F new leg as existing of Ist class hard wood complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable new drawers made out of 12mm commercial plywood and fixed with aluminum anodized knob all as per existing and shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable shelves from side board S&F new shelves as per existing shape & size made out of 18mm thick particle board one side teak faced complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable side and S&F new side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as per existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR (Drawing No FD-E6/Map-II/07) :-Removing the existing damage mirror and plywood back of table dressing Ladies and S&F new electro copper plated mirror of polished sheet glass of size 1200x 390 mm, not less than 5.5 mm thick including fixing to existing wooden frame and replacing the damaged plywood with 8 mm thick BWR grade plywood complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement drawers made out of 12mm thick plywood duly covered with teak veneered sunmica sheet 1mm thick from front. Side of the drawer shall be 12mm thick commercial plywood. The bottom and back of the drawer shall be 6mm thick commercial ply complete all as specified and directed..

Removing the existing faded off tapstry cloth from cushion off dressing stool of table dressing ladies and provide new trapstry cloth of cost not less then Rs 280/- per meter of approved quality all as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of knob as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE COMPUTER (Drawing No FD/E6/MAP/03) :-M&L for removing of old unserviceable top of table computer and S&F of new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle Board with PVC edging 6mm thick fixed with screws of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MS telescopic channels for drawers and sliding trays of table computer complete all as specified and directed.

SOFA SET (FIXED BACK) (Drawing No FD-258) : M&L for removing old cushion foam and tapestory cloth from seat and back of sofa set 3 seater and S&F new foam cushion of 100 mm thick 32 density (Make: featerfoam/sleepwell/kurlon) for back and 100 mm th 32 density for seat (consisting of 3 Blocks of size 21"x21"x4") and covered with new tapestory cloth not less than Rs 300/ meter). All wooden work shall be french polished to attain glossy finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement of new Foam cushion 32 density for seat and back of sofa set of size 22’’ x 21’’ x 4" thick duly stitched with new tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300/- meter as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make of foam: Feather foam / Sleepwell / Kurlon.

M&L for polishing of wooden furnitures ie Chair Easy (Drawing No FD - 201 & 229 ) as per the following steps:- (i) Preparing the surface by sanding with sand paper of 120 - 220 grit along the grains to get smooth surface. (ii) Wiping the wood with soft cloth to remove any dust and prepairing for staining. (iii) Applying the stain along the grains with the help of a brush/ clean rag. apply the stain evenly and 2 - 3 times allowing the wood to dry in between each staining. (iv) Lightly sand down the wood surface with sand paper of 320 grit finally apply the laquer to get a smooth and glossy finish.
