M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller over a layer of wall care putty to make the surface smooth all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of distemper for each building. (iv). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE.

Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. Supply and fixing in repair sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade surface/ concealed in wall as per existing along with 4.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and as directed.
