REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AT MAGAZINE BUILDING NO. 1210 OF UNIT-12 INSIDE FACTORY AREA OF OFBL"

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out of soft/loose soil and removing excavated material n exc. 50m and further taking the same for re-filling and depositing including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm depth, where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m as per direction of E-I-C.

M & L for cleaning of top surfaces of concrete roof with wire brushing and removing existing damaged old water proofing materials of any including flashing and junction of parapets etc. as per direction of E - I - C.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water , etc .

M & L for providing screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick even and smooth surface in cement mortar 1:4 for base water proofing treatment.

M& L for brushing neat cement sluarry with 3.0kg of cement per Sq.mt as directed by EIC.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 as directed by EIC. .

M & L for PCC Type-1, M20 mixed (1:1 1/2 :3 ) using 12.5 mm graded coarse aggregate .

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms /sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified . The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane (Test certificate of APP and bitumen primer to be produced separately) .
