Site Selection Study and Preparation of Feasibility Report for addition of new 500 MW / 660 MW / 800 MW Sub/Supercritical Thermal Power Unit at Raichur Thermal Power Station or Yeramarus Thermal Power Station

The bidder must have successfully completed same/similar consultancy work involving Site Selection and Feasibility Study Engineering Consultancy for coal-based Thermal Power Project of unit capacity 500 MW or above, with a minimum contract value of Rs.15.75 Lakhs with single/multiple work orders. The above work should have been executed during the preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) for any Government Organisation, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), State/Central Power Utility or major private sector entity. The bidder shall furnish copies of Work Order / Letter of Award along with Work Completion Certificate for the similar nature of work issued by the competent authority.

The bidder should be an Engineering Consultancy Organisation / Consulting Engineering Firm / Company having experience in carrying out Site Selection and Feasibility Study Engineering Consultancy services for coal-based Thermal Power Projects.

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.31.50 Lakhs in any two of the preceding five financial years and shall enclose the latest audited Balance Sheets / Turnover Certificates for the preceding five completed financial years, i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26, duly certified/countersigned by a Chartered Accountant. The Net Worth of the Bidder as on the last day of the preceding financial year (ending on 31-03-2026) should be positive.
