Bus-bar shall be fixed with FRP insulator chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Sinkable sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of E.I.C [equal bar for each i.e. 4-bar] And interconnections for: 400A MCCB is 60X5mm copper bar and all outgoing MCCB should be connected with suitable size copper strip/copper wire.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

Acoustic Enclosure

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

Base Frame

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Terms & Conditions

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

(vi) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set.

NOTE-If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia / 150 mm diawelded black MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports , clamps, Rain protect Canopy, anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 250 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC. including Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working & carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run & dismantling at the end of work.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level, Laying of Brick and filling joints with local sand. (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 14 Item: 1,2)

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. Sand filling of vacant portion of DG foundation.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. [For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m] Tor steel/Mild Steel (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 25 Item: 6).

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary. (With 1:6 cement mortar, 20 mm thick plaster) [including cost of chipping over concrete surface]

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m. (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 192 Item: 15)

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete. Dismantling the existing Galvanised corrugated colour iron sheet after cutting the iron pipe by grinder machine and separate sheet & pipe very carefully to avoid any damage, and refixing the same at same position by welding machine (appx. Size 6 mtrX4mtr) after installation of 250KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

Shifting of 125KVA DG set from concrete DG foundation base by suitable capacity crain machine within the campus of District Hospital, Jalpaiguri incl. loading & unloading very carefully to avoid any damage as per direction of EIC.
