Material and labour for toilet sunken floor treatment by approved applicator as under in the following steps including necessary safety measures complete. :- (a) Preparation: - Preparation of RCC slabs surfaces by mechanical means to remove laitance, loose particles, dust etc all as specified. (b) Pressure grouting: - Making holes/ chase opening/ groove into/ at the junctions of RCC slab/ beams to required depth and insert 1/2 inch dia PVC pipe/ pegs as nozzles at an interval of 300mm c/c and inject cement slurry admixed expanding grout admixture Cebex 100 @ 225 gm per bag of cement of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd within the prefixed nozzles under pressure (2 to 2.5 kg/sqcm) using grouting pump to fill all possible pores and seal the nozzle holes with cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with Hydroproof chemical @ 5% by weight of cement of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd. (c) Coving: Cleaning of all residues of dust and dirt at all the junctions of wall and slab after pressure grouting and dampened to reduce and limit its absorption capacity and make coving the junction of slab and vertical offsets with CM(1:4)mixed with and including WPC @ 5% by weight of cement.

(d) Bore Packing: - Preparing inside surface of core and PVC pipes by roughning using suiltable file to get better adhesion prior to packing works, cleaning surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove all laitance or loose flaky particles and providing water tight form form on both sides of pipes for packing the holes using suitable arrangement and applying a coat of styrenebutadience based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR Latex of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces and packing the gap using Conbextra GP2 of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd upto the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobond SBR Latex is in taccky state and then sealing with epoxy putty Nitocare VF of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd. (e) Pond Test: - Pond the slab with water for 48 hours upto 100mm and mark the seeping areas if any. Note: - If seeping is found, then, treating the damp areas by injecting cement slurry mixed with expanding grouting agent Cebax 100 of make FOSROC or equivalent brand of make of STP Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd using pressure grouting pump again as specified. This process shall be done till seepage is arrested.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste pipe, chain & plug and porcelain stopper but with brackets and 32 mm bore brass waste fittings chromium plated including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fix 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of old unseviciable existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia ball valve high pressure high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 40mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) with all fittings of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm dia aluminium anodised decorative/fancy type drapery rod with bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 110/100/75mm dia PVC/ cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes with all fittings, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/ from wall, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet plain colour reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing given in SSR Part-II 2020 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement as per specification and drawing given in SSR Part-II 2020 complete all as specified and directed.
