Dismantling of Haulage track line of 100m length i.e. 100×2=200m rail of 30lbs in UG Scope of work:- a) Erection of dog nail, Fish plate, friction pulley etc from the existing track line. b) Transportation and stacking of rail up to the end of the track line at a lead of 100m. c) Collection, transportation & stacking of sleepers at end of track line at a lead of 100m. d) Collection of fish plate and dog nail and transportation up to surface store.

Transportation of 100m track line (i.e. 100m×2=200m rail of 30 lbs) from surface/ old working to site of installation in UG for a lead of 2 km. Scope of work: - a) Pushing the trolley up to the storage site of rail. b) Loading the rail in to the trolley. c) Tightening the rail with the trolley. d) Pushing the loaded trolley up to the incline mouth/ haulage facility at a lead of 100m. e) Transportation of rail through haulage to negotiate the curve as & when required. f) Transportation of rail up to end of track line of the district.

Laying of haulage track line of 100m length with 30lbs rail on both side of the track (100m×2). Scope of work: - a). Transportation of nut, bolt, fish plate, and dog nail form surface/old working. b). Cutting and leveling as and where required. c). Laying of sleeper at the site. d). Placing the sleeper in position. e). Laying of rail on both side of track. f). Positing the rail over the sleeper. g). Fixing of rail with sleeper by dog nail.

Installation of crossing on track line . Scope of work: - a). Transportation of nut, bolt, fish plate, and dog nail form surface/old working. b). Cutting and leveling as and where required. c). Laying of sleeper at the site. d). Placing the sleeper in position. e). Laying of rail on both side of track. f). Positing the rail over the sleeper. g). Fixing of rail with sleeper by dog nail.

Shifting of Haulage return pulley from one site to another site in UG for a distance of 200 m.

Dismantling, transportation and laying / installation of endless haulage considering at a lead of 2km. max. from old site to new site in UG or from surface to UG.

Line packing including packing with materials as per direction of site incharge.

Transportation, Laying & splicing of Haulage rope (1000m Length & Dia. 19/22mm) from surface to required UG site or old working to new working or vice-versa at the lead of 2 km max. 740 x 2 = 1480 + 100m extra drum & D.P.G total = 1580.00m. Scope of work:- a) Pushing the trolley up to storage site of rope on surface. b) Unreeling of rope & loading on trolley. c) Tightening the rope with trolley. d) Pushing the loaded trolley up to haulage facility. e) Transporting the loaded trolley up to the site of change.
