Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Split type AC machine having Cooling capacity range(6.6 KW-7.0 KW) with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating-3(ERR range 3.5 to 3.99), air flow range CFM(780-850), both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting cord with plug top including MS bracketconfirming to IS 1391(Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments (Make-Mitsubishi Electric /Mitsubishi Heavy/ Daikin /O General/carrier/Voltas/Bluestar/ Hitachi)

Supply & fixing 3 core round copper cable of 2.5 sq mm, 5/8" & 1/4" (soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) nitrile rubber insulation cover(minimum 19 mm thick) 25 mm dia PVC water drainage pipe with 6mm thick insulation, insulation tape, fastner etc as per direction of EIC (Non Schedule Item)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required (Schedule Item, Page no-E14, Item no1A/(iii)) a)2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. a)2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply, installation, testing, Commissioning of 250V Timer DB (2+10 Way SPN DB) with steel enclosure double door, neutral bar, Din rail comprising with a) 1 no. 20A/25A DP MCB(C curve, 10KA) -1no. b)24hours programmable analog clock timer.-1no c)25A, 2pole contractor-2no complete with internal wiring by suitable size of copper wire including 1no. Manual bypass toggle switch & provision for earthing attachment including 1no LED indication Light. for running condition with locking arrangement(for 1.5/2.0TR AC machine) (Dual Timer) (make- Siemens/ABB/L&T)

Takendown the 1 nos split type A.c Machine both indoor and outdoor unit very carefully to avoid any damage after disconnecting refrigerant copper pipe lines and disconnecting electrical connection as per direction of EIC.

Charges for installation of indoor & outdoor unit of split type A.C Machine by company own tool & tackles incl. S&F iron bracket and making necessary connection

Supply & fixing of 3'X3' 19mm thick waterproof ply on wall by iron screw arrangement after dismantling the existing window type AC machine along with iron frame very carefully from wall and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of M.S U channel of 6 mm thick of size (75mmx40mmx40mm) for making base frame or platform for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned AC machines including drilling 2 nos holes in each channel into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1½:3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25mmx25mmx6mm and supporting angle of 50mmx50mmx6mm in cach platform in the outer edge of transmitting the load centrally through 2 nos. (50mmx50mmx6mm) angle inserted into the existing wall incl. fibre sheet shade as per direction of EIC. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of E.l.C. Approx weight in kg for M.S. structure = 182 kg

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming ii) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat
