Comprehensive Annual maintenance service contract of Special Lighting equipment in Mahathi Auditorium for a period of 1 year for the following items:-
Servicing & replacement of burned / damaged parts of warm colour LED parcan consisting of 54 LEDs with internal components like fan, 160 W SMPS, 3 W LEDs, LED zooming lens, Mother board & Address board including all materials and making connections etc.
Servicing & replacement of burned / damaged parts of RGB colour LED parcan consisting of 54 LEDs with internal components like fan, 160 W SMPS, 3 W LEDs, LED zooming lens, Mother board & Address board including all materials and making connections etc. complete.
Servicing & replacement of burned / damaged spares in 12 W 3 in one LED globe light including replacement of all spares and accessories and making connections etc. complete.
Servicing & replacement of burned / damaged spares in 200 W zoom profile LED light including replacement of all spares and accessories and making connections etc. complete.
Servicing & replacement of burned / damaged spares in 1200 W Fog machine including replacement of all spares and accessories and making connections etc. complete.
Scope of Work: 1) Monthly checking and servicing the above special lighting equipment and submit the service reports. 2) Attneding to the maintenance & replaced spares when called upon. 3) Repairing, Overhauling the components of the equipment at site / in your service station, including replacement of defective parts, when found necessary and submit the reports.
Supply of 100 W RGBW Par light fixtures of IP 65 protection Make : Osram / Philips/ Crompton or any other equivelant Warranty Shall be 2 years against the manufacturing defects from date of supply
