Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation & earthwork for cables shall be carried out by JCB's or manaual method as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.)

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Mts and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of sand cushioning (dry sand) free from impurities or vegetable grass in under ground cables for cable protection in layer of 8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Punned thickness of sand layers shall be measured and paid .)

M&L sub class B bricks old size well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT/HT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & coimmisisoning in trences/ fixing with pole/ connecting, thembling, glanding of XLPE insulated under ground screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.00 Sqmm 4 core (earthed) complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection shall be measured and paid under respective items.)

Boring of holes under road/drain/PCC path by mannual method for inserting upto 150 mm dia of bore pipe /GI tubing for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1.5m below natural Ground level.)

Supply and fixing to 40mm bore, galvanised steel tube, light grade with and including all fittings accessories such as clamp etc laid in trenches, under road crossing, fixed on poles/walls for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of LT Panel feeder pillar etc with galvanised cast iron earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burred directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed wih salt to a thickness of 150 MM connected by GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm thick soldered and rivetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 50 mm bore light grade GI pipe earth plate to steel tubular pole including flat iron clamp 25 x 3 mm including bolts nut and washers complete including watering GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade 2.5 Mtr long the earthing include PCC pit including necessary earth work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 Mtrs, chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D 2 using 40 MM graded stone aggregate, coping shall be PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20 MM graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50 MM thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 MM graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 MM MS bar at 80 MM C/C both way in lieu of CI pit cover and angle iron frame including flame funnel, wire mess, GI earth wire, 8 SWG under the earth and on the pole upto height of 1.5 Mtr shall be protected by 15 MM dia GI pipe (Light grade) GI pipe to be fixed with pole by means of 2 Nos flat iron clamp 25 x 3 MM size complete with bolts with nuts washers etc complete all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part -I 2009. Supply, Installing, testing and commisioning of LT Panel in cubical housing cabinet, out door type, platform mounted (minium height 45 CM above normal GL and 30 CM below normal GL) , CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof made out by 3.15 MM thick CRCA MS sheet of overall indicating size 1200mm x 900mm x 450mm and full built upon angle iron frame in size 40 x 40 x 6 mm having front and rear hinged both side openable doors and lifting lugs (02 Nos) locking arrengement to be connect to earthing strip at rear side, bottom detachable both side openable ,gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers sheet steel bus bar chambers having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. The panel shall be epoxy powder coated and the control circuit shall be connected by multi strandered copper conductor flexible wire 1.5 Sqmm in proper colour coading and drawn through in flexible conduit. Taking down/dismantling of OH line with ACSR, insulators cross arm GI earth wire etc all in any size and specification from the existing pole as per site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Qty of dismantled ACSR conductor or shall be got verified by BOO including lagging length and after then credited to contractor as per rate fixed by MES in schedule of credit)

Labour for removing from site to ACSR of OH line minimum 04 runs in proper coil winding with connecting accessories such as insulator, cross arms etc all as site deposting in MES yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Span shall be considered against distance between two poles but n.exc.50RM including permissible sagging).

Dismantling stay assembly including demolition of concrete portion etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross arms / MS channel / angle section etc complete all as site with fixing accessories complete all as directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement to shock proof, fire retardant rust proof, out door pole kiosk box of size 295 x195 x100 mm made out of one piece Engineer plastic moulding of siemens grey colour with in built 4 aluminium strip of 60 Amp rating fitted on DMC unbrakable insulator with MCB SPN 40 Amp (Make: Havells/Legrand/ Siemens) including fixing arrangement as clamps made out by GI strip in size 32 x 6 MM and nut bolts washer with painting in two coat of syenthic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc all complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Model- GSJB-3020 of Sintex or equivalent make as approved by AGE (I) from list of makes.

Supply and fixing three core copper flexible wire, PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor muiti strandard in 1.5 Sqmm size for making inter connection of street/ road light fittings from control box to fittings drawn through in steel tubular pole including lugs / thimbles in required size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L LT panel plinth foundation work with existing LT panel as working space using PCC cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 as required with brick work of minimum size 1.2 Mtr X 0.9 Mtr X 0.75 Mtr ( 40 CM above and 30 CM below in normal GL) including plastering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on external faces of wall in varrious location given by Deptt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rubber mat of size 1Mtr x 1.5 Mtr of 10mm thickness as per IS (latest) of approval make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting with machine spray on complete body in and out side of existed LT panel in any size and specification at varrious location after removing old fadded paint scarping , cleaning rubbing etc all for making smooth to surface using shyenthic enamel paint in two coat (one as finishing) over one coat of red oxide complete in external and internal surface incl marking as given in deffrent colour including cutting welding jointing reveting & replacing ofrepacing to hinges etc complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : 1. Size of panel of site condition will be got verified by construction before quoting of bid. (ii) Colour of paint shall be approved by Deptt AGE (I)).

M&L machine spray painting on steel tubuler tubular pole in any specification at varrious location after removing old fadded paint scarping , cleaning rubbing etc all for making smooth to surface using aluminium paint in two coat (one as finishing) over one coat of aluminium primer complete in external surface with GI pipe bracket, clamp nut bolt complete etc all as per site with marking as given in deiffrent colour all as specified and directed. (NOTE: (i) Painting in different shade in strips shall be done as per existing site. (ii) Single pole painting shall be treated as one Job)

Supply & fix three phase static energy meter AC of accuracy class 1.0 ,3 X 240 V ,50 Hz with Back lite LCD display of rating 10 - 60 A (measures and displays KWH ,V, Current I, KW, pf last month history of KWH, MD in KW) with special features like TOD, temper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with transparent hinge type box made out GI angle frame and sheet cover out door type grouting in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate foundation complete all as directed.

Supply errecting fixing of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate in minimum 6 mm thick finial tap plug bolt, nut, screws of type 410 SP 31, 9 Mtr long including painting by black paint in two coat in internal surface and aluminium paint in two coat (one as finishing) over one coat of aluminium primer at external surface of pole and making alternate strip in 30 CM width upto 1.5 Mtr above normal ground level using diffrent shade/ colour with marking serial No etc complete all as specified and directed.
