SITE CLEARANCE / AREA DEVELOPMENT/EARTH WORK/EXCAVATION
M&L for cleaning jungle incl uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm and including removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the pheiphery of the area cleared all as specified and as directed.
External Electrification
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Copper wound Power transformer step down outdoor type 132/33 KV, capacity16 MVA(suitable for 10/16MVA cooling), ONAN/ONAF, Vector group Star/star (YNyn0) with on load tap changing gear (+) 5% to (-)15% in steps of 1.25% on HV side, with terminal arrangement of HV Outdoor Bushings/LV Bushing and all standard accessories as per IS 2026 and as specified in PS, including first fill of oil complete comprising the following accessories:- a) Conservator Tank b) Pressure Relief Device c) Buchholz Relay & Oil Surge Relay d) NCT on EHV and HV side. Note : a) PCC foundation and mounting rails, all civil work including earth work excavation, etc and general works which are required as per site/technically required to achieve optimum efficency of the transformer are to be supplied by the contractor for which rate is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. b) Size of plinth, PCC, Rail size etc shall be as per OEM recommendation. c) Technical drgs / Any agency (duly vetted by Govt accredited labs/ Govt university) of the transformer alongwith NIFPS submitted by the contractor is required to be approved by the accepting officer before taking procurement action and the Transformer to be inspected by the rep of accepting officer at various stages at Factory premises as per IS before despatch. d) pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. e) Manufacturer shall possess factory lab facility for electrical testing (routine test and special test).
f) Full Type Test Reports from any STL member of at least the followings must be submitted: - 1. 132/33 kV Power Transformer for same capacity or higher 2. Tap Changer 3. Buchholz Relay 4. Pressure Relief valve 5. Oil Surge Relay 6. Temperature rise test 7. Impulse test 8. Load and No load loss (g) any other type test report as asked by executing agency in accordance with IS 2026.
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, armoured, 132 KV grade (E) copper conductor UG cable, laid in trenches/on structures/in cable duct horizontally or in tier formation as per site condition complete all as per IS specifications of size. 1 C x 630 sqmm. The cable shall be of EHV grade single core, armoured stranded compacted circular Copper conductor of cross section 630 sq.mm, core screening by a layer of semiconducting tape followed by a layer of semiconducting compound, cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) dry cured insulation, insulation screening with semiconducting compound extruded directly over the insulation, longitudinal sealing by a layer of non woven tape with water swellable absorbent over insulation screen, followed by radial sealing of corrugated & seamless or seam welded aluminum with asphalt coating & overall PE sheathed & graphite coated/semi conducting layer and conforming to the technical particulars of specification. IS 7098 part 3 shall be followed for manufacturing of cable along with technical specification. Note- Technical details of the cable submitted by the contractor is required to be approved by the accepting officer before taking procurement action and the cable to be inspected by the rep of accepting officer at Factory premises as per IS before despatch.

Note : The GIS system offered by the bidder shall be designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in accordance with the IEC 62271-203 for switch gear and other relevant IEC and for balance materials as mentioned in PS. The GIS Outgoing bays are to be installed with the existing GIS extension (Siemens Make ) interface in either sides of the setup. Bidder has to supply the following items along with GIS system and cost is deemed to be included in GIS system. Civil foundation / mounting rails, all civil work, etc and general works which if required as per site/technically required to achieve optimum efficency are to be supplied by the contractor for which rate is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Erection & commissioing shall be under OEM recommendation and supervision. The earth connection from GIS equipment to earth grid/matt as per OEM recomendation and the cost of same is deemed to be included in the unit price. Technical drawings alongwith necessary type test certificates of the GIS module submitted by the contractor is required to be approved by the accepting officer before taking procurement action and the GIS module to be inspected by the rep of accepting officer at Factory premises as per IS before despatch. Pre-commissioning inspection of GIS module shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 145KV 630A 40KA Oil filled outdoor termination with composite insulator, solid rod connector bolt and support insulators for cables with XLPE insulation. The termination base plate and the cable's metallic sheath shall be electrically insulated from the supporting structure by means of self-supporting stand-off insulators or any other self-supporting means designed to withstand both mechanical and electrical stresses in services. The stress cone shall inhibit possible mechanical stress and deformation of the cable insulation surface during operation and also shall be capable of accommodating minor radial and longitudinal movement without determent to the dielectric stress in the insulation shield. The termination shall be within polymeric or porcelain hollow insulator in brown or grey colour as per standard practice of manufacturing in addition upon, arcing horn and shield ring shall have to be supplied wherever required.
