Water Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of Table 400-13 revised vide Table 2 of IRC :109 (2015) to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the materials with water at OMC in Mechanical mix Plant carring of mixed materials by tripper to site.Laying in uniform wet paver on sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less then 75 mm. Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion (SS1) grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared porous granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 502). On WMM surface @ 0.85 Kg/Sqm

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) complying with IS:8887 using Emulsion pressure distributor on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom and high pressure air jet at the rate of 0.25 kg/sqm. (Reference to MORT & H's Specification clause 503).

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @4.0% (min ) for 4.5% (min) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix and filler (Cement/hydrated lime/Rock dust) as per table500-10 and mix designed one as per table 500-1 1and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to15 ton weight with a pressure at least 0.56MPa as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No.505.3.5 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with approved grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fined grained hard stone chiping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum/sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 0C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 ( Ref. to MORT&H's specification clause 516 along with IRC :107) Using Pakur Stone Aggregates and VG-40 Bitumen.

Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers/Road Studs/Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and compling to Specifications of Category A of MoR&TH Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97 - DO III Dt. 11.06.1997 & MoRT&H's specification for Road &Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearence etc and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory comforming the above specifications.

Retro Reflectorised Traffic Signs: Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild angle post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing(Reference to MoRT&H's Specification 801).

Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms/m2 area ,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes (Ref. tp MORT&H's specification 803). End line marking (Both side)

Median Marker : Made up of tough, impact resistant thermoplastic body, reflectorized on both side using approximate. 85 x 85 mm (for square shape or equivalent in case of round shape Fluorescent yellow prismatic sheeting (type-XI) reflective surface should be incline to approximate 20 degree to vertical to provide maximum reflective. Height & width of median marker shall be approximate by 110 mm complete with all fixing arrangements.
