Finishing wall withwater proof cement painty of approved brandand manufacture and of required shade decorated wal surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thorughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an evern shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, priming coat with distmper primer and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1cement: 4sand laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, incluidng rubbing and polishing complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aagg.20mm nominal size laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steeland other metal surfaces afer and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreignmatter and scouredwithwire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paperd complete and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with coat tar black paint to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papering and knotting and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaxce with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface the surfaces of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing PVC rain water pipe of approved quality including fitting complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
