M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in leveling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres APP, membrane grit finish on roof slab all as per manufacturer's instructions and zonal specification etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

M&L for laying 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm thick PCC tiles (Hydraulically pressed) with grey cement, set, jointed, cut and polished. The joints shall be grouted and immediately after gouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 150ml per kg of cement of polymeric based lilquid water proofing additive by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed.
