Dismantling of Window AC / Split AC up to 2.0 TR, Refrigerator up to 320 ltrs, water coolers up to 150 ltrs and De-freezer of any make, repair /overhauling /servicing, inspection for serviceability of compressor, fan, motor, relay, overload protectors, capacitors, cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda/cleaning chemical agents, checking and replacing the unserviceable spares like relay assy, relay contactor, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor with blades and blower fan motor with blades, strainer air filters cum dryier, wiring, rubber mounting for compressor etc and lubrication of moveable parts, replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, screws, rubber gaskets, seals, terminal & link clips, including all minor spare parts for carrying out, servicing including re-assembling & testing of AC, Refrigerator, Water cooler and De-freezer complete all as directed. Note:- 1. During servicing work, if any major fault is observed, the machine will be repaired under respective item of the schedule under Supply and fix in repair work, and thereafter servicing will be undertaken and completed. 2. Spares required for repair of unserviceable machines if any will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as "Supplied only" items. However, for servicing work, cost of minor spares to be replaced if any and not specified in this schedule viz. screws, washers, teflon seal, rubber bush, insulation tape, copper thimble, copper connecting jack, short length connecting wire, markers etc upto Rs 100 is deem to be included in the rate of the item. 3. Cost of taking down, reinstallation and transportation if required for the servicing / repair work is deem to be included in the price. 4. AC Technician to be report AGE (E/M) office Monday to Saturday at 8.45 Am. 5. Servicing and repair work will be carried out within the contract period as and when required as per the site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting, dismantling of existing Split / Window AC 1.5 / 2.0 TR and refixing the same at new location including gas charging/drilling of walls and making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable compressor 1.5 / 2.0 TR Window / Split AC and drier and capillary tube.

Supply and fixing of hermetically sealed Rotary / reciprocating type compressor of 1.5 / 2.0TR for window / split AC of existing make and model with new compressors unit by cutting of suction and discharge lines, unscrewing the foundation nuts & bolts etc, and fixing of new sealed compressor unit by connecting suction and discharge lines with gas welding / brazing work including checking the leakage in the system and charging the gas upto required pressure and qty and tightening foundation nuts & bolts etc. Assembling testing the same with replacement of necessary drier and capillary tube complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to worn out body of window AC or Out door unit of Split AC of any make & capacity by replacing worn out portion by providing new CRCA flat sheet / MS angle or strip of appropriate gauge as per existing and fabricated to the shape as required including necessary welding, filling of putty, grinding to make the jointed surface even and apply two coats of synthetic paint over one coat of red oxide all as directed and specified including taking down.

Taking down old unserviceable blower motor.

Supply and fixing of blower motor for Window AC of 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity.

Supply and fixing of blower motor for Split AC of indoor unit 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity.

Taking down old unserviceable Window AC condenser coil 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity.

Supply and fixing of Window AC condenser coil 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity.

Taking down old unserviceable Split AC outdoor valve 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity.

Supply and fixing of Split AC outdoor valve 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity.

Material and labour for dismantling of Window type AC of 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity and painting externally with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade of approved make after cleaning the surfaces and refixing, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and topping of Refrigerant gas (R22/R32/R134a) suitable for Window AC / Split AC / Refrigerator / water cooler / Deep freezer of various capacity after leak test.

Taking down old unserviceable PCB for Window/Split AC.

Supply and replacement of universal printed circuit board (PCB) for Window AC of 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity for split AC / Window AC all as per existing type and make including taking down. (Make of existing AC : LG, Voltas, Bluestar).

Supply and fix in replacement of printed circuit board (PCB) of indoor / outdoor unit for Split inverter type AC of 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity all as per existing type. (Make of existing AC : LG, Voltas, Videocon, Sidwal).

Repair of printed circuit board (PCB) of Window AC / Split AC of 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity with display board, sensor and remote control all as per directed

Repair of Fins and Tubes type air cooled condenser Unit of Window AC / Split AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR all as per directed

Supply and fix in replacement of fan blade assembly made of aluminium alloy complete for out door unit of Split type AC all as per directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of water cooler compressor suitable for 80 to 150 lites of any capacity and size all as per directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC fan blade suitable for any make of Split / window AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR as required and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC blower suitable for any make of Split AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR as required and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC blower suitable for any make of Window AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR as required and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Thermostat of 20 Amps capacity for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Window AC compressor including knob for thermostat.

Supply only Nitrile Foam Insulation for copper tube of size 1/2 inch suitable for split AC including provision of requisite PVC fasteners along with insulating tape.

All as above but of dia 1/4" suitable for discharge/liquid line of Split type AC.

Supply and fix of insulation tape for wraping on nitrial foam to make air insulated and taking down old deterioted pipe and burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Voltage Stabilizer up to 5 KVA capacity transporting from AFS to Silchar workshop for necessary repairs such as Burnt wiring/Voltmeter/Ammeter/Relay/Autotransformer/Fuse, alongwith repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts with new spare parts and bringing back and refix the voltage stabilizer to the same location complete all as specified and directed. Necessary spares required will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC flexible drain pipe of dia suitable for Split type AC including hose clamp and taking down old deterioted pipe and burried in ground.

Supply and fix MS angle iron fabricated stand suitable for fixing / mounting with GI shade facility up to 1.5 Mtr length and 1.0 Mtr breadth, outdoor unit of split AC, including grouting nut bolts, painting etc. Minimum height of the stand from ground level 1.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Single Pole Magnetic Contactor Relay for Outdoor Air Conditioner 220v complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix appliances spare parts Split and Window Bronze AC Room Temperature Sensor (Black) (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Split AC outdoor unit wall mount stand capacity up to 2 ton complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Air Conditioner 1/2" L and 1/4" L Split AC Service Valve copper for Outdoor Air Conditioning Control Valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper pipe of size 1/2" dia complete all as directed
