S&F Clip-in false ceiling system with plain steel beveled edged tile (600mmx600mm) manufactured out of 0.70 mm GI sheet having powder coating with 60 microns polyester paint on front side. Two sides of each tile shall be raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles.The rigid suspension system consists of rows of galvanized steel 0.50 mm thick clip- in profile of size 38mm x 20mm and installed at 600 mm c/c spacing to support the tiles clip-in profiles shall be suspended and jointed form galvanized steel 'C' channels of size 10mm x 38mm x10mm with hold on clamps at spacing as specified by manufacture. Suspension angles shall be suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets as per manufacture instructions and jointed to the 'C' channels. The tiles shall be held in place by pressure clips 'C' at spacing as per manufactures instructions. GI wall angle shall be used on wall angle shall be used on wall of size 20 mmx 30 mmx20mm and 0.5 mm thick with matching the color with tiles all as per manufacture specifications/instructions and including necessary scaffolding all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge and GE.

Material & Labour for glazed coloured ceramic jointfree tiles of 450 x 300 x 7mm / 450x350x7mm thick fixed on verticle surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair & other than fair faces of brickwork, concrete or stone work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for coloured non skid ceramic jointfree tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labourfor 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and duly machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry including cutting, polishing and 15 mm thick screed bed layer of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The granite slab shall be fixed in one piece, No joint shall be provided on slab except the situation where L-shaped slab is required. Contractor shall note this requirement while quoting his bid.

Rounding to edges of stone/kota/marble/granite slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F for Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken floor portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementenious composite compound of make as specified and including demolition and PCC 1:2:4 type B1( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as subbase, sides of rounded or chamfered on edges of sunken slab and PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) for filling of sunken floor after treatment. (a) First layer of cement slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based primer modified cementtenious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm. this layer allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (b) Second layer of cement slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementenious composite compound @ 0.125 kg/Sqm. this layer allowed to aircure for 4hours. (c) the slope shall be 1 in 20 towards first corner of outer wall and GI pipe of dia 50mm (Med grade ) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20cm. (d) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC to be provided while concrete is in green state. (e) Joints of traps/ WC/ Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Note : Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WPC as manufacturers instruction before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunkenslab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/ dampness seen in ceiling below, then treatment is carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (Water Proof compound rate is not paid seperately)

Water proofing treatment of roof portion (Below water tank area) with 75mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for laying of BTD , mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions using shaliurethane-BTD of STP make or equivalent mentioned in Appendix 'C' high solid content component Water basedliquid applied elastometric water proofing membrane as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the membrane shall be 2.00 mm having solid content of more than 80 % elongation of 500 + (-) 50 % laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geotextile mesh of 40/50 gms including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.20 Kg per square metre and surface preparation, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions/ specifications and as directed. (Note:- WPC and polymeric membrane shall be included in the rate quoted)

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cm deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed..

Rendering 20 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:6 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
