A) Ductless Modular OT no. 1 of size 20’ X 20’ X 11’ in Paediatrics Surgery OT Complex along with allied works at Govt SMGS Hospital, Jammu. PPGI WALL PANEL Providing and Fixing/Installation Pre-fabricated PPGI on both sides Puff panel with 50mm thickness wall panels. PPGI Sheet of 0.8mm thick Panel filled with hard puff inside to became soundproof & with anti-bacterial & antifungal properties Low heat transmission with GI profile for joining two panels with filling of all joints and cavities with medical grade silicon epoxy filler. Job also involves painting of at least 2 coats of antibacterial paint on all the walls of OT. Job also includes supply and fixing of the accessories for the panels like L angle, c flashing, screw, t-section support etc. Job includes cost of material and labour charges

ANTI-STATIC VINYL FLOORING. Providing & fixing 3 mm thick Vinyl flooring with carbon granules colour, scratch resistant, fire resistant, chemical resistant, slip resistant, anti-fungi & bacterial growth, electrical resistant. Installation: The flooring would be installed on a smooth, clean sub floor which should be free from any undulation. Resistant to Mechanical stress and dynamic loads. It should be washable. ALUMINIUM COVING Aluminium coving with PVC coating and Dimensions of minimum 50mm radius and length as per site requirement. CEILING SUSPENDED AHU CUM LAMINAR DUCTLESS AIRFLOW SYSTEM (CEILING AHU) >= 8TR WITH AIR CHANGES PER HOUR (ACH) >=20 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ductless Air Handling Unit designed specifically for airborne infection control with airflow to be unidirectional and downwards on the OT table and air face velocity of 25-35 FPM (feet per minute) from non-aspirating unidirectional laminar flow diffuser/ceiling array. The unit shall be completely self-contained, ductless, and with outdoor unit capacity of >= 8 TR. The offered unit shall have integrated filtration, air sterilization, heating, cooling, and AI-based smart monitoring features to maintain controlled indoor air quality in compliance with WHO & CDC guidelines. CLEAN-ROOM LUMINARIES WITH FRAME: LED peripheral lights of luminaries (working life rated >= 50,000 hours) for surface or recess mounting in operation should flush with the ceiling, with highly-specular metal frame. Luminaries cover made of highly-resistant, disinfectant-proof acrylic or plastic surface along with dimmable blast. It should have >= 5000 Lumens with IP66 (from room side) / IP65 rating or higher (from ceiling side), SS body and power factor of >= 0.9.Luminaries should have >=80 CRIwith Colour temperature of 4000 k to 6000 k and should be of reputed make like: Havells, Crompton, Phillips, Endura,Syska& Wipro. In false ceiling 2'X2'with light Intensity>=5000 Lumens.

SURGEON'S CONTROL PANEL It should have with minimum 20” LCD touch screen monitor. It should have all the controls within the theatre located on a touch screen control panel mounted in the theatre wall. The panel should incorporate all the necessary controls for the correct operation and monitoring of the equipment and services within the operating theatre The surgeon control panel should meet Electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system, wired to the current IEE regulations. Control Panel will be user friendly & ease of operating & maintaining purpose. The panel should be “Membrane” type; configured to incorporate all the services that operation room staff require. The fascia should be made with superior quality UV resistance membrane with sterilization feature. The Panel should contain 9 service tiles as below: 1. Time Day Clock.2. Time Elapse Day Clock.3. General Lighting System. 4. Medical Gas Alarm Panel. 5. Hand Free Telephone set with memory.6. Temperature & humidity indicator with controller. 7. HEPA Filter Status module. 8. Room Pressure Indicator. 9. Music control. Time day clock should be digital type & clocks having high brightness characters. Time Elapsed Day Clock should be digital type & clock having high brightness characters. Temperature indicator should indicate the room temperature which should be connected to the local pressure switches of Air-Conditioning System. Indicators should be digital type & clocks having high brightness characters, not less than30 mm in height. Central Lighting system should incorporate all the necessary controls of the lighting. System inside the theatre. The medical gas alarm should indicate High, Normal & Low gas Pressure for each gas service present in the operating system & should have an audible buzzer with mute facility. Pressure sensors should be connected to MGPS for monitoring the pressures. A hand free set Telephone System should be incorporated in the panel with memory type card. The control panel should be designed for front- access only. All internal wires should be marked with plastic Ferrule type cable markers for ease of identification.

SS Pass Box: - SS 304 pass box having double door with interlock, Solid door with electrical interlocking, Window with tempered glass, UV-C (emits predominantly at 254 nm) lamp for sterilization. Storage Unit: - Providing and fixing Storage unit of size 1800 X 1200 X 250mm or as per instructions and direction of Medical Authorities and Engineer-in-charge having three shelves made of SS 304 grade, 5mm thick, Heat strengthens anti-microbial coating glass shutters. Writing Board: - flush mounted with sterile jointing systems, 1.50 MM thick white laminate board, bended to a 02 mm steel sheet for the additional rigidity. Modular stainless surgical scrub station or sink specially designed for the use in Operation Theatre. Stainless Steel 2 bay scrub sink made out of 304 graded brushed finished stainless steel, required length, with photo electric sensors,1 no. mixture valve 3 nos. solenoid valve. The unit shall have reduced ant splash front. Operation of the few sets should be through sensor and foot operation having user define setting in 1,3,5 and 10 minutes. • It should have thermostatic control with feel safe temperature control. • It should have front assess panel for maintenance and repairs. Job also includes dismantling of existing sanitary fittings and providing/laying of scrub station with latest facilities with all fittings, accessories and civil works.

PROVISION FOR AUDIO VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM Provision for Audio Video conferencing system with 65” LED screens 2 nos. of 4k (UHD) quality of reputed make like Sony, Samsung and LG only one in the theatre and one outside in the hall for viewing of students, along with allied works for executing complete setup. The system should have mike and speakers open/concealed as per instructions of medical authority & Engineer-in-charge at both the ends with provision of one-way/two-way communication whenever required for fluent communication between doctors & students. DISTRIBUTION BOARD: Electrical Distribution Board will have all high voltage equipment should be installed in a separate enclosure. The remote cabinet should house minimum ten MCB and mains failure relays, electrical distribution equipment and circuit protection equipment for all circuits within the operating theatre. All internal wiring should terminate in connectors with screw and clamp spring connections of the Clip-on type mounted, on a DIN rail. Individual fuses or miniature circuit breakers should protect all internal circuits. It should have CE compliance under Class 1 Medical devices directive. All Electrical spare parts should be ISI certified only. INSIDE OT ELECTRICAL WIRING AND CONDUITS: Wiring with Low leakage current wires of FRLS wires as per individual operation theatre requirements including providing and fixing of conducting and boxes inside operation theatres. Wiring for 250 volts single phases and neutral 6/16.
