Installation, testing and commissioning of Feeder Pillar Distribution Board for power distribution purpose (Panel size:2100x1500x500mm) at +40 m LVL, including the final preparation of foundation / erection to be carried out by contractor and transporating from Employer's stores to the place of installation, positioning in place, site assembly of loosely furnished accessories.

Existing ESP MCC panel removal and replacement work - Removing and shifting of existing ESP Panels with 5 nos verticals: 1)1F:600mmx1300mmx2300mm, 2) 2F: 1200mmx1300mmx2300mm, 3)3F & 4F ;1300x1300x2300mm,4)5F:1200mmx1300mmx2300mm 5)6F :900x1300x2300mm LxWxH The scope includes dismantling and removing of power/control cable terminations and earthing etc. at +0.0 m LVL. The dismantling and removing item of the panel shall be shifted to TNPL stores yard or TNPL scrap yard by successful bidder as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Installation of ordinary, lockable type, emergency STOP pushbutton stations to be located near the equipments on steel supports, excluding supply of steel structural supports, cable terminations, earthing and providing canopy for the same. The transporation from Employer's stores to the place of installation, positioning in place, site assembly of loosely furnished accessories.

Fabrication and erection of MS base frame for Panels, DB’s, supports for light fittings, push button station, brackets for miscellaneous electrical equipments, cable tray, cable tray supports out of rolled MS sections, pipes and plates etc. including welding, cutting, drilling, bolting, grinding & riveting etc. The scope including transportation of steel materials from stores or steel yard to respective erection site.

Removing and Returning (Return to scrap yard) of the various sizes of corroded MS/GI cable trays in the existing cables trays/ trenchs.

Erection of 40W/70W/90W LED Well glass light fittings, including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like junction boxes, PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting and cable termination etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting), Down rods for Tuble light & fans where ever applicable and Street light fixing GI Pipes.

Motorized Actuator Removing & Re-Fixing work in RB#3 Rotork MOV, speed 6 rpm, Actuator type-Model :K300F14A, WD 9230/6rpm. The removed actuator shall be shifted to TNPL stores yard or TNPL scrap yard by successful bidder as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Motorized Actuator Removing & Re-Fixing work in RB#3 Rotork MOV, Model :K1000F16A, WD 9230/6rpm. The removed actuator shall be shifted to TNPL stores yard or TNPL scrap yard by successful bidder as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Motorized Actuator Removing & Re-Fixing work in RB#3 Rotork MOV, Model :K300F14E, WD 9230/24rpm. The removed actuator shall be shifted to TNPL stores yard or TNPL scrap yard by successful bidder as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Removal and replacement of New LT Motor 1.5 kw,1500 RPM,90L,frame and flange B5 mounting at + 0.0 to 40.0 m LVL in RB#3. The removed LT Motor shall be shifted to TNPL stores yard or TNPL scrap yard by successful bidder as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Supply and Erection of Cast Iron pipe electrodes of size 100 dia x 13 mm thick x 3 m long complete with charcoal and salt, required civil materials. The scope includes excavation of 3.0mtr depth, filling with charcoal and clay, erecting electrodes, back filling, providing necessary brick work with cover and connection with GI/copper strip from earth pit to main grid.

Laying of 50 x6mm GI earth flat includes installation of equipment grounding for indoor and outdoor equipment like motors, panels, MCCs, light fittings, DBs, Transformer, generators, trays and grounding of structures-earthing using 50x6mm GI flat required earth excavation to be carried out as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Laying of 75x10mm GI earth flat includes installation of equipment grounding for indoor and outdoor equipment like motors, panels, MCCs, light fittings, DBs, Transformer, generators, trays and grounding of structures-earthing using 75x10mm GI flat required earth excavation to be carried out as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Dismantling and removing of 50 x6mm / 75X10mm GI earth flat in trays / walls / ground / trenches in RB#3 area and where ever earth excavation is required, the successful bidder shall be carried out as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Removing and shifting of cable upto 2.5 Sq.mm Ar. Cu. from racks/trays/concrete trenches /over head trays/vertical shafts/underground including excavation and wind the removed cable in drums as coil and shifting to cable yard /other location as instructed by engineer incharge.

Removing and shifting of cable from 120 Sq.mm to 185 Sq.mm Ar. Al./Cu. from racks/trays/concrete trenches /over head trays/vertical shafts/underground including excavation and wind the removed cable in drums as coil and shifting to cable yard /other location as instructed by engineer incharge.

Removing and shifting of cable from 240 Sq.mm to 300 Sq.mm Ar. Al./Cu. from racks/trays/concrete trenches /over head trays/vertical shafts/underground including excavation and wind the removed cable in drums as coil and shifting to cable yard /other location as instructed by engineer incharge.

Buried Cable Trenches - Excavation and back filling of Trenches for cables in all types of soil for a maximum width & depth of 600 mm, providing sand cushion of 10 mm thick and covering three sides of trenches above cables by full size bricks including consolidation and disposal of surp etc.

Cable Markers - Supply and Installation of cable markers for underground cable runs as per drawing and fixing supports and including all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer

Obtaining Electrical safety certificate from CEIG for ESP Transformer, ESP MCC Panel, TRCC panel addition, deletion, alteration, changes of feeders / equipments in SRP area including drawing preparation and liasioning work

Various sizes/types of LT Panels, Cables and trays shifting, loading and unloading from TNPL Unit 2 to TNPL Unit 1. The transporation & manpower shall be in contractor scope.
