(a) Analysis, Design and Detailed structural drawings for Provn of deficient OTM accn for 300 OR at AOC Centre Secunderabad as per approved Arch drawings for the following bldgs :- (i) Single living accn for 300 OR (GF+2 storey). (ii) Cook house cum dining hall S/S for 300 OR. (b) Design has to be done by standard Softwares of STAAD PRO V8i / STADD Foundation Advance using 3D space Model. Design parameters are attached as Annexure I. (c) Design has to be done as a RCC framed structure including foundation design as per soil investigation report to be given by department and as per arch drgs enclosed. Salient requirements are as given below :- (i) Complete design for RCC framed super structure and foundation including plinth beams, lintel, floor/ roof beams, floor/roof slabs and stair case/ramp etc required for execution in the form of drawing on tracing paper duly signed and vetted. (Design by one designer and verified by other designer). Drawings shall also be given on CD in AUTOCAD as well as PDF format. (ii) Analysis folder in the form of design folder done on STAAD Pro V8i/STAAD Fdn Advance using 3D space model including soft copy of STAAD and STAAD Fdn file. (iii) The RCC structure shall be designed as per IS 456-2000/IS 1983-2002/IS – 875/IS- 13920 and any other IS code as applicable and design parameters adopted shall be clearly mentioned on drgs in the form of notes. (iv) Clarifications on design / drawing / missing details till completion of work by the consultant.
(d) Note : Consultant shall submit the following :- (i) All structural drawings including the details of expansion joints if any in original tracing and two copies of drawings in white print. (ii) Design calculations and drawing in the form of design folder in duplicate. Soft copy of all Autocat drawings and structural design (STAAD and STAAD Fdn File) shall also be submitted. (iii) Vetting of the design by IIT / NIT / Govt Engg College. (iv) Certificate that the design is meeting the relevant Codal requirements and design of building is structurally sound. Countersigned by the IIT / NIT / Govt Engg College.
