Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain of 15HP capacity with starter all electric connection all as per site requirement and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600×600×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable pump and motor and Supply, installaton and testing of new raw sewage centrifugal pump with motor for transfer from equlization to MBBR tank pumps capacity 9.0 cubic metre/hr upto 10 mtr head complete all as specified and directed. Note: Breaking of old foundation of pump/motor and PCC work required for new foundation is included in this price.

Taking out old unserviceable pump and motor and Supply, installaton and testing of new filter feed pump centrifugal pump with motor for transfer from MBBR sump to filter capacity 9.0 cubic metre/hr upto 30 mtr head complete all as specified and directed. Note: Breaking of old foundation of pump/motor and PCC work required for new foundation is included in this price.

M & L for replacement of unsv / defective diffuser as per manufacture instruction after taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out complete multirgrade media / pebbles of various sizes 4mm to 16m and sand 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm complete and refiliing with new pebbles and sand in multigrade filter as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old activated carbon media from vessel and refilled withnew media as per exixting capacity complete all as specified and as directed existing complte all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking carbon strainer from vessel and replace carbon strainer with new media as per exixting capacity complete all as specified and as directed existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sodium hypochloride solution In liquid form in HDPE 200 ltr tank of reputed brand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair dosing pump / injector, high/Max pressure of 4Kg/Sqm and Max flow rate 6 liters/hr, single head gear motor adjustable dosing pump with accessories complete including lead tubing, connecting Nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules, suitable for Altoch dosing plant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting pipe connection, draining out the old sewage deposited in various chambers plant, removal of deposits and cleaning of entire section of plant with fresh water complete all as specified and directed.
