Hacking out old broken glass panes 4 mm thick from steel frame including putty/ metal beadings and supply and fix sheet glass ordinary 4 mm thick, in squares n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including necessary new oil putty or with existing metal beadings complete all as specified and as directed

Hacking out old broken glass panes 4 mm thick from wooden framed shutters including putty/wooden beadings and supply and fix sheet glass ordinary quality, 4 mm thick, in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane including necessary oil putty/wooden beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with ISI mark including inlet, ball valve, float, handle and brackets etc. including taking down old defective low level flushing cistern all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plastic seat and cover superior quality closed pattern with flat bottom of heavy duty including necessary hinged devices, including taking down damaged/ broken plastic seat and cover from EWC all as specified and as directed.

High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors bore of pipe in 40mm suitable for WHB

Supply and Fix in repair PVC connection with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm screwed for iron pipe15 mm bore.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia CP pillar cocks fancy type for wash hand basin including taking down existing pillar cock, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150 mm square grating of PTMT to floor trap/nahani trap including taking down existing damaged CI grating from floor tap/nahani trap all as specified and as directed.

Resecuring and easing to wooden shutters of any description area n.exc 1 Sqm each without taking down the shutter all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 580x450mm excluding taps waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe).

Material and labour for taking down old plaster and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing smooth and even and smooth without using extra cement making good match the old surface finish.

M&L two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including cornices and preparation of surfaces.

S&F in repairs Aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No.3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg.

Taking down shutters not exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

S&F Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

S&F in repairs health faucet 15mm size chromium plated standard size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples

M&L in repairs for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall GI brackets /clamps all as specified and directed ( the portion of pipe inserted to the masonry /slab shall be fixed with water proofing bath seal tape two way to the entire width of masonry/slab.) . Note:-Pipe are to be fixed away from the wall using suitable clamps and bolts.

Supply only Health faucet suitable for ABS Body chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete suitable for working pressures of high rise buildings upto 11 floors in all respect as specified.

Labour only for cleaning and complete removal of vegetation, dry leaves, waste materials from top of roof, chajjas, portico, walls of the bldg including removal of trees, branches spread over the building roof, remove from the site of buildings upto Four storeys complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safety measurement and good workmanship for building upto 4th storey.

Labour only for cleaning and complete removal of vegetation, dry leaves, waste materials from top of roof, chajjas, portico, walls of the bldg including removal of trees, branches spread over the building roof,remove from the site of buildings from Fifth to Seventh floor storeys complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safety measurement and good workmanship for building from 5th to Seven storey.

Labour only for cleaning and complete removal of roots and vegetation all around the plinth protection and around the bldg and cut down shrub under growth, remove from the site of bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying BTD chemical @ 3 litres per Sqm over removal places of deeply grown vegetation areas, slabs ,walls and chajjas upto 4th storey and making good the area with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safty measurement and good workmanship for building upto 4th storey.

M&L for removal of existing treatment from walls and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
