Dismantling of MS Supporting structure fabricated out of MS angles (ISA) and MS flats, Existing DG Yard steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, channels etc. including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting riverts, welding ,water channel etc. including dismembering and stacking within 200 metres lead without any damage in the existing system and as per site conditions and instructions from Technopark.

Dismantling of existing DG Yard roofing including GS sheets, ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 200 metres lead without any damage in the existing system and as per site conditions and instructions from Technopark.

Dismantling of the existing silencer with associated accessories of the 500kVA DG Sets. The process will be executed with utmost care and precision to ensure no damage to the components. Following dismantling, the silencer pipe will be systematically stacked at a designated location within 200 meters, adhering to the instructions provided by Technopark.

Dismantling of existing acoustic enclosure with associated equipment of the 500kVA DG Sets with atmost care and supports without any damage of the acoustic enclosure and existing system. Following dismantling, the acoustic enclosure will be systematically stacked at a designated location within 200 meters by mechanical means, adhering to the instructions provided by Technopark.

Dismantling of the existing 990-litre capacity Fuel Oil Tank (Day Tank) made of steel along with heavy diesel fuel line pipe. The work also includes the disconnection and removal of the 25mm heavy diesel fuel line pipe (approximate 57 meter) and related equipment from the DG set to the fuel tank. The entire process will be executed with utmost care and support to prevent any damage. Following dismantling, the fuel tank and fuel pipe will be systematically stacked at a designated location within 200 meters, adhering to the instructions provided by Technopark.

The Dismantling, shifting and commissioning of the 500 kVA Generator Sets(include alternator diesel engine, radiator etc with all accesories) from existing location to the newly constructed site near the Gayarti substation involves lifting by mechanical means and refixing of the existing Engine, Alternator and Radiator, along with the DG auto control panel, Battery with battery stand, and related accessories etc. Both the engine and alternator will be mounted on the existing base frame made of MS channel, including the required nut, bolts, plates, channels, angles, and other accessories as per the specified requirements. Additionally, necessary vibration isolation arrangements will be implemented as needed. Proper rectification works, civil works (excluding DG foundation), along with all other necessary tasks for the engine, alternator, and radiator, confirming to all the IS/IES/Manufactural standards, site conditions and adhering to the instructions provided by Technopark.
