Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from proven sources having satisfactory past performance for supply of same or similar items in any Railway/PUs. Firms should furnish documentary evidence along with their offer evidencing execution of such purchase orders .

Procurement is restricted to OEMs or their authorized dealers or dealership only. The authorized dealers must submit tender specific authorization letter from the OEM/brand owner, clearly authorizing them to offer, supply and install the quoted item against this specific tender, and provide warranty support for the same.

Bidders must enclose the duly filled copy of this Annexure- A (as per the format above), leaving blanks or not complying with the desired specifications will be considered as ambiguous and such offers will be considered as invalid. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in the offer being deemed invalid and summarily ignored.

Warranty will be as per Annexure- A.

Railways prefers free delivery by Road at Consignee end i.e Door delivery basis.
