Supply, lay, connect, test and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 4 Core 25 Sq.mm complete including taking down old Unserviceable LT UG cable and taken as credit all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing old LT feeder pillar panel and Supply & install testing and commissioning of LT control panel outdoor type, cubicle, self supported,manufactured as per IS/IEC 61439-1&2, make as per list attached,both side openable ventilations on both sides with wire mesh,dust and vermin proof etc fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet comprising of bus bar chamber cable gallaries separate compartment for each incoming and out going switch gear etc duly powder coated, mounted / fixed on and including MS angle iron stand / frame 40 cm height from FFL, fabricated out of 50x50x6mm thick MS angle dully painted with two coats black enamelled synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, control wiring with multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable not less than 1.5 sqmm suitable size/capacity of copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar, earth bus strip of 32x6 mm size for entire length of panel, suitable size of SS gland with gland plate and alluminium lugs/ thimbles for all incoming / outgoing cables etc.complete all as directed at site by Engr-In-Charge including and accommodating the following:-

(i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 315 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 50 KA thermal magnetic release,adjustable over load and short circuit protection - 01 No. (For incoming)

(ii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 160 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 KA thermal magnetic release,adjustable over load and short circuit protection - 02 Nos. (For out going)

(iii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 100 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 KA thermal magnetic release, adjustable over load and short circuit protection - 02 No. (For out going)

(iv) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 63 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 KA thermal magnetic release,adjustable over load and short circuit protection - 01 No. (For out going)

(v) LED type Phase Indicator with controlling fuses for RYB - 02 sets (One for incoming and 01 for out going)

(vi) Digital Ammeter 0 - 400 Amps with suitable CT's -01 set

(viii) Electrolyte Aluminium busbars PVC colour sleeved 600 Amps capacity TPN mounted on hygroscopic insulator duly colour coded RYB & Green sleeves-01 set

Trimming the branches of tree/ bushes touching the electric conductor and around the street light fitting upto 1.5 mtr radius and removing the same from site cleaning and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note :- Any damage caused to the infrastructure during trimming shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

Disconnection & taking down the unserviceable GI bracket of size 40mm dia from the pole / building and M&L for street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding ,drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles complete, including preparation of steel and iron surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint first quality over a coat of primer etc complete, all as specified and as directed. Make of GI Pipe:- JINDAL / TATA and Make of paint:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson.

All as per item No 31 here-in-above but of capacity 25mm dia GI tubing.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) for pole foundation complete all as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) for pole coping complete all as directed

Supply & Fix in Replacement Analog Timer switch 3 module , 230 volts, 50 Hz, Single phase complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of electric poles mild steel tubular type 9 long any type /make/model above ground level including cross arms clamps etc and applying two coats with aluminium paint on pole , cross arms, clamps , brackets etc including zebra painting for PCC/ Steel poles 9/11 mtr long upto 1.5 mtr height from ground level with two coats of enamel synthetic paint in 30 CM height of alternate band including painting of pole coping writing pole No all as specified and directed by Engineer in /charge. Make of paint : Berger/Asian.

Taking up existing LT XLPE/ PVC UG cable 1100 V grade, 3½/ 4 core of size 10 Sq.mm to 25 Sq.mm from the trenches along with cable protection covers/ bricks, sand carefully for finding out the fault complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Notes: (a) Excavation to expose cable covers/ sand cushion will be measured and paid separately.

Relaying of old serviceable LT XLPE UG cable 1100V grade of any size after fault rectification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying GI pipe of 80mm bore dia light grade for cable protection, laid in trenches for drawing cables complete all as specified and as directed . [Make: Tata/ Jindal/ Zenith]

Cutting trench of width 30cm and depth n.exc. 60cm through road/ hard standing for laying cable through GI pipe and returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm after laying the cable complete including provision of PCC type B1 filling for top 100mm layer all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Supply & lay precast cable cover class LV, type 1, flat of size 250x150x40mm for cable protection all as specified

Supply and spread river sand as in cushioning for UG cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part I. [Note: Punned down thickness shall be considered for payment]
