M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including priming coat of exterior primer over new or untreated plastered surfaces to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, applying a priming coat of exterior primer over new or untreated plastered surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, and finally applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of five different shades in camouflage pattern (Specific pattern as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.
