Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.including all leads ,lifts and carriage of material as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters decorative type core of block board construction with frames of first class hard wood and well matched first class indian teak plyveneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face vencering on both faces of shutter 35mm thick including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 (eighty five) G. with wire of dia 0.56( Fifty six millimetres) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 2nd( second) class deodar wood. including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc.complete 250x16 mm. including all leads ,lifts and carriage of material as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge esignation 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm( zero decimal fifty six) to windows and clerestory windows including 60x20 mm ( sixty into twenty millimetres) beading of.2nd( second) class deodar wood. )including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50( two decimal fifty ) square metre and under and 10 to 15 ( ten to fiften millimetres) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20(twenty) metres with Cement Mortar 1:6 (one Cement :six Sand) including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Grading roof for water treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty millimetres)nominal size ), including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign sand ;papering and knotting with readymixed paint brushing with white lead for priming including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat(excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping With white enemal paint ncluding carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping With Readymixed paint ( white ) including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering(one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade,on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade,after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered mooth.including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
