Comprehensive maintenance and general servicing, cleaning, greasing, Minor repairs to Diesel Engine sets including its oil pump, water pump, adjustment of tappets, minor repairs of self starter and dynamo, repair of radiator with cleaning, repair to generator control panel by replacement existing burnt out of copper wire including repair/ replacement of toggle switches and replacement of spares all gasket and joints etc for DG set of capacity 100 to 320KVA to the entire satisfaction by the Engr-in-Charge Notes:- (a) Cost of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under Sl item Nos 1.07 to 1.18 as "supply only" but necessary labour charge for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included in quoted rates against Sl item No 1.01. (b) Maintenance/repair works shall be carried out through authorized service engineer of OEM. (c) Make of the spare parts shall be same make as used by original equipment manufacturer.

All as per serial item No 1.01 here-in-before but for 20 to 62.5 KVA DG Set . Notes:- (a) Cost of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under Sl item Nos 1.19 to 1.30 as supply only but necessary labour charge for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included in quoted rates against Sl item No 1.02. (b) Maintenance/repair works shall be carried out through authorized service engineer of OEM. (c) Make of the spare parts shall be same make as used by original equipment manufacturer.

Repair/overhauling /Calibration of fuel injection pump and nozzle with holder assembly of diesel engine including providing new parts such as delivery valves. Elements, tappet gear, plungar , noozzile copper washers, leak off pipes, banzo bolts, service kit, governer repair etc in replacement of existing UNSV Parts including re-assembiling, setting , fixing and testing at site suitable of 100 KVA to 320 KVA DG set all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.03 here-in-before but for 20 to 62.5 KVA DG Set

Repair / Replacement of safety devices complete unit for DG set such as water temperature meter, Hour Meter, oil pressure meter, water temperature sensor, LO pressure sensor, vacuum indicator for capacity of 100 to 320 KVA DG sets all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.05 here-in-before but for capacity of 20 to 62.5 KVA

M&L for preparation of old painted body surface of 100 to 320 KVA DG set and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code to the body of DG set and alternator and red colour to the belt guard including writing MES/SM Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 1.31 here-in-before but for 20 to 62.5 KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply and fix in repair V belt for any drive suitable for DG set capacity 20 to 320 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and replacement to exhaust manifold by replacement of worn out silencer unit of required size and shape suitable for DG set 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 1.34 here-in-before but suitable for DG set capacity 100 KVA to 320 KVA complete.

Cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity by draining out diesel and cleaning internally with the help of cleaning agent and compressed air , drain out the sludge/foreign matter deposited inside the diesel tank of any capacity of DG set from 20 to 320 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

M&L for reconditioning of lead acid battery of capacity 60/90/100/180 AH 12 volt capacity by replacing the damaged cell , separator and filling diluted electrolite of appropriate concentration and charging complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable battery charger and supply and fix new battery charger suitable for charging lead acid battery 6/12volt boost and trickle charging mode, 230 volt single phase complet with charging lead connecting clip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of lubrication oil 20W40 for diesel engine, make Castrol in DG sets of capacity 20 to 320 KVA all as specified and directed.

Replacement and Repair of self starter 12 volts for 20 to 62.5 KVA DG set by replacing the defective worn out parts such as armature, field coil, bendex pinion, clutch plate, solinoid switch and any other necessary parts including testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.40 here-in-before but for 100 to 320 KVA capacity DG Set.

Taking out radiator assembly and repair by cleaning washing flushing and removing blockage of chocked tubes including replacement of existing UNSV water tube soldering nuts bolts washers and making leakproof and testing at site of 20 to 62.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.42 here-in-before but for 100 to 320 KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply and fix in repairs battery copper leads 2 meter long of suitable size single core with copper thimblecomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair battery terminals brass of any capacity battery complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to alternater complete by dismantling and cutting winding, cleaning, polishing, welding work and re-winding with suitable size and gauge of copper enamelled winding wire complete greasing, replacement of carbon brush, varnishing etc and testing after repair of 20 to 62.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.46 here-in-before but for 100 to 320 KVA capacity DG Set.

Taking out Dynamo 12 V for complete repair including providing new parts such as armature, brushes, filed coil , bush bearings,cut out, bearing, pully nut, bolts & washer etc by removing existing unserviceable parts and fixing new one and testing at site of 20 to 62.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.48 here-in-before but for 100 to 320 KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply and fill distilled water for lead acid cell 12 Volt conplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of Automatic Voltage Regulator suitable for DG sets of Capacity 20 to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

AC VOLTAGE STABILIZER

M & L for repair to AC voltage stabilizer of capacity 1.0 KVA to 2.0 KVA by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with new super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating, reassembling, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2.01 here-in-before but 3 to 5 KVA voltage stabilizer

M&L for repairing and minor repair of Voltage Stabilizer of upto 2 KVA Capacity of any make including replacement of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing and minor repair of Voltage Stabilizer of 3 to 5 KVA Capacity of any make including replace-ment of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
