SH-I: OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Providing Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz 11 KV power supply system of Substation/power house, transformers ,11 KV VCBs, AVRs & LT panels , fire alarm system , Auto dialer, DG sets. covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the aduquate manpower (ie. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & Holidays at MSSR and DVOR site at katihar & as per direction of EIC.

SH-II: MAINTENANACE OF DG/FADS

Annual maintenance contract of following make DG sets and servicing of B-Check including AMF panel with other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance & attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required ,minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required.

250 KVA DG set {Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3 G4, Alternator - Crompton} at MSSR Katihar .- 01 no.

Supply of B-Checks kit & carried out of B-Check twice in a year of following DG sets as given specification & terms & condition etc as required.(as when required)

25 KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set- 03 nos. (one at MSSR & Two nos. at DVOR). B check kit consist of following materials as per under given below. (i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 7.5 ltr (v) coolent-01.

Supply of B-Checks kit & C-Check kit carried out in a year of following DG sets as given specification & terms & condition etc as required.(as when required) For 160KVA DG set {Engine- Cummins model no 6BTA 5.9G5, Alternator -stampford} at MSSR Katihar

B check kit consist of following materials as per under given below:(i)Fuel Filter(3931063) : 1 No., (ii) Separator, Fuel water (4093731): 1 No, (iii) Inhibitor, corrosion(3816986) : 5 Ltr, (iv) Cartridge, lub oil filter (3937743): 1 No, Lub Oil Premium Blue C14: 40 Ltr.

For 250 KVA DG set {Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3G4, Alternator - Crompton} at MSSR Katihar B check kit consist of following materials as per under given below:(i)Fuel Filter(4962810) : 1 No., (ii) Separator, Fuel water (3815424): 1 No, (iii) Inhibitor, corrosion(3167217) : 5 Ltr, (iv) Elemenet, lub oil filter (3401544): 1 No,(v) Filter coolent (4104821) : 1 No, (vi) Lub Oil Premium Blue C14: 40 Ltr.

C check kit consist of following materials as per under given below:(i)Fuel Filter(4962810) : 1 No., (ii) Separator, Fuel water (3815424): 1 No, (iii) Inhibitor, corrosion(3167217) : 5 Ltr, (iv) Elemenet, lub oil filter (3401544): 1 No,(v) Filter coolent (4104821) : 1 No, (vi) Lub Oil Premium Blue C14: 40 Ltr. Replacment of Battery as per OEM recommendation for Cummins make 160 KVA DG set as per site condition

Replacment of Battery as per OEM recommendation for Cummins make 250 KVA DG set as per site condition

Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out Maintenance Services of fire alarm systems along with auto dialer installed at MSSR & at DVOR, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect. (Maintenance should be done through OEM's / Specialized Agency) maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract as per direction of EIC. (Note:- Materials shall be provided by AAI).

Replacment of 12volts 150 AH Lead maintenance free Battery make - Exide EP150 or equivalent.

SH-III: MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Supplying & topping of new insulating transformer oil (ISI mark conforming to IS 335-1993) having BDV not less than 50 KV on existing 11kV transformer and also filterate etc. complete as required.

Servicing of ACBs of various make having capacity of 400A to 800A i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required.

Servicing of Kirloskar electric - Make, 11 KV VCBs i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required.

Calibration and testing of relays & meters of 11 KV HT panel (1 incomer & 2 outgoing system) includes IDMT relay through secondary injection machine/calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd.

Calibration and testing of Buchlotz Relay for 11/.433 KV Indoor Oil Cooled Transformers and submission of test reports as required.

Rewinding of the following with Cu-winding wires of required size including less for dismantled copper wire i/c transportation etc. as required (Dismantle cu-wire need not to return).

Ceiling fans (Upto 1400mm Sweep)

Exhaust fans (Upto 300 mm Sweep)

Replacement of bearings(2nos.)/bushes for above fans

Rewinding of single/three phase upto 3 HP capacity Motors/Pump/Submersible Pump by changing winding including applying the varnish, sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing , titgtening the bolts,changing end terminals etc as required by AAI including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after through service etc. complete as required. (Burnt Cu Wire need not to return)

Supply and fixing of Battery charging unit for existing 250 KVA cummins make DG set suitable for 24 V DC with boost and trickle charger, the charger should be cut off when the engine is started and the batteries shall be charged from battery charging alternator provided in the engine complete as required.

Supply of following spares for maintenance of fire alarm system/Electrical installations as and when required.
