Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base or flooring complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding or similar works etc laid over and includng 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4; set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling (except stone) uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparaton of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water based emulsion paint over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for stone jali of 40-50 mm thick in any size and in side shape with aesthetic view including pillars/frames/posts complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Measurement shall be carried out including frames/posts/frames. (ii) Stone jali with pillars shall be provided all as per sample kept in office of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and not exceeding 120 cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel confirming to Fe-410-W (grade E-250) quality B, in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of same make of paint complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) AC sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work 605 mm x 605 mm for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply & fix in repairs wire netting of stainless steel wire dia not less than 0.90 mm and size of mesh 20 mm appartue fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron of size and thickness as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for securing the chain links fencing/stainless steel bird netting including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Dismantling particle boardings, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing 18mm thick solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour (one side wood grain finished and other side white) and fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 18mm thick solid PVC ply of 1st quality of both side white colour and fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs brass mortice lock vertical type of size 100 mm (2 levers) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing magnetic catcher for Wardrobe, Cub-boards etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Continuous (piano) hinges, stainless steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, Width of flaps (when open) not less than 30mm, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 125mm stainless steel hasp and staple of safety type with mild steel hinge pin including bolt of hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel handles, fabricated type, anodized of size 100 mm (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
