Providing and laying bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.5 per cent of mix and filler, antistripping agent @ 0.1% of bituminous binder ( as per I.S. 14982/2017 clause 5.2 in accordance with I.S. 6241) & transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects, including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 ,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying 30 mm( Thirty thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes(Seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, antistripping agent @ 0.1% of bituminous binder ( as per I.S. 14982/2017 clause 5.2 in accordance with I.S. 6241) & transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects,,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Note:-The contractor shall procure all the materials conforming to specification MORT&H at his own risk and cost. All rates including octroi, royality,malkhana,tall tex, GST or other tax imposed by the Govt.
