Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan of any type/size and make, dismantling the ceiling fan, washing and removing of old lubricating substatance from bearing/bush using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling fan noise free for smooth functioning, including renewal of worn out/unserviceable spares as required, renewal of PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm up to 1.0 M long, assembling the repaired ceiling fan and testing to the entire satisfication of engineer in charge and hanging at position with hanging bush, cotter pins, nut , bolts washers etc, connection with point wiring & testing complete all as specified and as directed. Renewal of spares flexible wire etc/rewinding of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item for supply and fixing.)

Rewinding of ceiling fan 230 volts , of any make/type and size (1200/1400 mm sweep) with copper wire of appropriate gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per menufactures specification, including renewal of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor, connection & testing complete. Note : ceiling fan before fix at site RPM should be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satification of Engr in charge

Carrying out re metalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in renewal of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to the engineer satifaction of Engineer in change to ensure smooth and noise free operation (bearing shall be measured and paid seperately )

Supply and fix in repairs ball bearing of any size and type, suitable for any type/make/size of ceiling fan for item No.1 complete all as specified and as directed. Make - TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor capacity 2.5 MFD, 220 volt ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded, twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as required.all as specified.

Supply only bush of suitable size for ceiling fan of any type/size as per existing type/ size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of PVC connector 4 way 6 Amps with pvc clamps for holding capacitor,connection screws, nuts. etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Alloy Steel Heavy Duty "S" or "D"-Hook Hanger with double Fasteners M10 x 75mm for Hanging Ceiling fan sted wornout hook complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs heavy duty steel & rubber fan to ceiling hook attachment clamp with fan rod nut bolt & locking pins complete set all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs MS anodized bolts with anodized nuts, spring washers, split pin etc size 50 mm long 10 mm dia half threaded type with split pin hole complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan blade of 1200/1400mm size of existing make including proper painting matching with existing ceiling fan all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs down rod 1'/1.5' suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of ceiling fan assembly of any type/size and carrying out two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour, including writing of MES number in black paint complete all as directed and specified.

(Renewal of Spares flexible wire etc/rewinding of exhaust fan/shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item for material and labour cost.)

Supply and fix in repairs switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs electronic fan regulator stepped type flush type suitable for existing ceiling fans fixed on phenolic laminated sheet etc. as required, all as specified..

Supply and fix in repairs Modular fan regulator stepped type 120 watts 2 module complete all as specified and directed

Rewinding of exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 230 volts , of any make/type a with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per menufactures specification, including renewal of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor, connection & testing complete. Note : exhaust fan before fix at site RPM should be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satification of Engr in charge

Supply and fix in repairs of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made of MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fan up to 300/380 mm sweep.

M&L for fan motor suitable for PVC body exhaust fans upto 250 mm sweep and RPM match with existing incl taking down old motor and fixing of new with proper alignment and refixing the same using necessary mounting screws and accessories without any vibrations and noise to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor 230 volt AC 50 HZ 4.0 MFD, 220 volt ISI marked complete all as specified

Taking out and the burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of rotor with ring and rewinding the wall mounted fan of size 400mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG including varnishing, baking in oven and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
